Spacious centrally located peaceful house Red Rock views and a fenced dog yard!

Our free standing, one level spacious house is perfectly located in West Sedona, walking distance to trails, supermarkets, Urgent Care, many little shops and great restaurants/ bars.

Quiet, but conveniently located, and away from the tourist traffic areas, with views of the Red Rocks. It’s 1800 sqft of living space, living/dinning/kitchen open concept, 2 bathrooms, a laundry room with a one car garage and room for RV parking in the driveway.
It has a newly remodeled kitchen with granite counters, gas stove and fully stocked with appliances.The master bedroom has a TV and with an attached bathroom that has double sink vanity walk in shower with double shower/ceiling rain shower and hand held shower massager, bench and handicap bars. The second bathroom has a bath tub.
The backyard is fully fenced in with a large deck for BBQ, with an upstairs star gazing mountain view deck. You can sit on the front porch to view the Red Rocks on the front surrounded by fruit trees.

If you are planning on booking please consider that there are no parties allowed and we ask that you respect the neighbors. Dogs are welcome ($50 first dog $20 second one time fee)(sorry no cats).

I leave a “Red Rock State Park Pass” and a garage opener to use during your stay.

PRICES ARE BASED ON TWO
GUEST every other guest is $20 per day. Please note that when renting short term, for 2 guest, the 3rd bedroom will be locked. Room can be unlocked upon requested.

I live down the street, if there is anything you need I am always happy to help.

Great house. The master bath and kitchen have had major renovations and are awesome. The TVs all worked as expected. The WiFi easily supported the loads we put on it. Having a garage is a plus for sure. The property is quiet. An added feature of the porch by the roof makes for watching a beautiful sunset. The property owner communicated with us in a timely manner. We’d definitely stay here again.

The host was excellent. The house was beautiful, very cozy, very comfortable, clean and spacious. Also very accommodating. I would definitely come back. The patio are is amazing as well. We had supper there and everyone loved it.

The place was nice. Fairly newly renovated. The hosts were communicative and cordial. It was set with everything that was needed. There were two negatives. The AC was extremely loud when it ran. Had to sleep in the furthest room to sleep through the night without the noise waking us up. The second was a strong odor of green marijuana every time the AC ran.

This was one of the best VRBO stays we have had and we use them often! The owner is super responsive in communicating, everything was as advertised or even better! Very pet friendly and our pup had a comfortable stay. Great location to shopping, hiking, eating you name it! I will definitely stay here again!

Awesome place

We stayed here for 4 days.There is a fenced backyard for our dog, they have water dishes and bowls for water, they even had snacks for our dog and snacks for us too.

Best stay Ever!

Place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed! Could not be a better location to everything. Home is very spacious with a fabulous kitchen and on-suite bath/spectacular shower! Host was also one of the best.

Great Place

This is a great place, clean, convenient location, quiet, very well outfitted and furnished. Everything you might need is provided (hair dryer, games, toys, spices, blankets, Wi-Fi, YouTube TV, soaps, shampoo, washer/dryer, dishwasher, heat and cooling, etc.). We had forgotten sunscreen, and even found it as well. House has a doggie door and fenced in yard so dogs cannot escape. Nice flooring throughout, no carpeting to worry about messing up. This place is a better deal than even the best hotel in Sedona.

Quiet stay in West Sedona

We are very frequent visitors from Peoria, AZ and this is definitely one of the best stays we have had. Quiet area, easy in and out, garage parking, very well stocked kitchen and large outdoor space. We will definitely be back!

Stayed over Easter with family with two small dogs. Property was great. My only negative was living room furniture was uncomfortable to watch tv with family. Loved everything else.

Sedona getaway

Very easy and thorough instructions on everything. Giselle was so kind and helpful. Close to shops, stores and hiking. We loved the quiet neighborhood and there’s a small deck to enjoy coffee with a red rock view or to star gaze. We ate out but the kitchen has everything you could need to cook meals there.I would definitely stay here again.

A Little Paradise in West Sedona !!!

Lovely home in an a very nice, quiet neighborhood! Everything was perfect and exactly as described.A lovey rooftop deck for morning coffee and sunset with a nice view of the Red Rocks!!! Very clean and communication with owner was excellent ! Close to everything but away from the traffic. Excellent value for the money! We will definitely come back here !

Family vacation - wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was in a very quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean (which is something I really pay attention to) and Giselle thought of a lot of the small details (welcome basket, creek towels, garage door opener, etc.). Giselle was very accessible leading up to our trip and during. Our kids loved the stay, including the games in the game closet.

We have lived and traveled all over the world. My husband and I chose beautiful Sedona to be our home of residence and raise our children here. We are always staying in many vacation rentals and manage other properties for many years with great success and reviews.

We fell in love with Sedona and moved 20 years ago. This house was perfect to raise our children. The location of this quiet sweet safe neighborhood, walking distance to markets and restaurants. Now our children are grown and moved on with their lives. We like for others to enjoy the magic of Sedona.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The location is wonderful by car or foot. No one likes to sit in traffic when they go on vacation. Sedona has become very popular destination and traffic is a big issue in uptown and 179. This house is away from all that but still close to everything. This house has Red Rock views all the comforts and room to relax. The yard is fully fenced, for a dog, unfortunately no cats. The house has a medium doggie door. Keep your car cool and clean in the garage. I provide a Red Rock Pass for my guest to borrow during their stay for parking and entry to the hiking trails.
