The location and spaciousness of this 2,500-sq-ft 4 bedroom plus den with queen sofa bed, 2-bath home is the perfect place for vacationers and golf lovers.

Everything about this sanctuary by the sea reflects the care and attention to detail that the owners have shown in their selection of new furnishings, luxury linen, top quality beds, designer décor and amenities.

This beautiful home is set back on a quiet residential street. The entrance to the property is through an electric gate for optimal privacy and security. A lovely landscaped fenced-in yard features native plants and flowers. The 2-car garage and the spacious driveway provide easy access and plenty of parking spaces for several vehicles.

Vaulted wood ceilings, hardwood floors, two gas fireplaces, a state-of-the-art kitchen with granite counter tops and custom cabinetry are only a few of the wonderful features of this home. Modern technology abounds with 3 HDTVs, 3 BluRay DVD players, cable, HBO, DVD library, IPod dock music system, high speed internet/Wifi, and more.

The spacious great room with its high ceilings and wall-to-wall French doors allows for plenty of natural light and creates a wonderful indoor-outdoor feeling. A large outdoor stone patio with lounge chairs, table and umbrella and gas grill calls you outside.

The living room area, decorated with a warm palette of colors, brings a harmonious pleasing balance to the senses. A sectional couch with a chaise and 2 swivel rockers allow for both TV viewing and watching the fire or enjoying one another's company. Nearby is a table that seats 6 and can expand to seat 10, where games can be played and meals enjoyed.

The chef's dream kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a gourmet meal and the kitchen island/bar has 3 comfortable swivel stools that are great for conversing with the cook. A new washer/dryer are adjacent to the kitchen.

The adjoining dining room has a beautiful teak table that can seat 8-10. Everything you could possibly need to set a beautiful table with coordinating table linens and dishes and serving pieces have been provided. Well-equipped for extended stays!

Bedrooms
Bedroom #1 makes up the entire upstairs suite with a modern teak framed king bed, HDTV with BluRay DVD player over the gas fireplace, and a chaise lounge. A large walk-in-closet is an added bonus and the updated en suite bathroom has a separate soaking tub, shower, vessel sinks and luxury bath towels.

On the first floor are Bedrooms #2, #3 and #4, each with split king beds with memory foam toppers. Each bedroom has been decorated in warm tones.

The den has a queen sofa bed with foam topper and HDTV with BluRay DVD player.

The spacious downstairs bathroom has a shower-over-tub combination with plush towels and spa amenities.

The monthly rate includes electricity, gas and water up to $500 per month. Excessive use of these utilities resulting in bills that are greater than $500 per month will be charged to your Security Deposit prior to refund.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner. Extended stays are often possible.
