Perfect for a girls weekend trip to Arlington!Vrbo was clean and just like the pictures. It was little hard to find when we first arrived so pay attention to that before arriving.Our on the ground contact, Olivia, was AMAZING! Very communicative and fast responding to any questions I had.

Ok place to stay

Very hard to find. Internet never worked and only has streaming TV’s, had to use our hotspot for our computers and TV’s. Only two coffee cups in the place. Yard was unmowed and very long.On good note
cute little place once inside and Olivia the (property person) did try help us get internet to work. She was very sweet and helpful!! She unfortunately had to rely on owner to contact internet provider.

Construction confusion

Property is older with obvious DIY but clean. The construction of the new two story duplex/townhome in front yard, yup front yard, made it hard to locate the property. This was due to the fact the new construction in the front yard share the same driveway.

Great house, will definitely stay again!

When you first pull up, this house may not blow you away but when you open the door and walk in, be ready to be knocked over! There is so much room and seems to be completely renovated. The updates are beautiful, the flooring and fixtures are perfect, the furniture is comfortable (everyone said they slept great!), and my entire family all had room to relax. We will definitely be going back there whenever we have to travel to Arlington again. It's the perfect distance to the convention center and both stadiums (about a 5-7 minute drive).

Wonderful stay

We had more than enough room in the house. We were suppose to have 9 people but two were not able to come. We had some trouble getting into the house when we arrived, but Amy took care of it instantly. We will definitely come back.

Extremely dirty

This was the worst Vrbo rental I’ve stayed in. The cleaning service finished minutes before we got there so I know there was an attempt at a clean. Within 20 minutes of entering and taking shoes off our feet were black from walking on the floors. Most of the living room floor was sticky. We brought two toddlers so keeping them off floors wasn’t exactly easy. The dishes from the previous people we not cleaned and there wasn’t a brush or sponge for us to clean them ourselves. There were ants and tiny bugs, that I’m not sure what they were, in the bathrooms. The bathroom was cleaned I think last because it was still wet when we got in and it smelled like it was cleaned with a dirty/mildewed rag. All this made me question the stains on some of the sheets and if they had been wasted before our stay. The neighborhood was not great and if we would have know before hand we would not have stayed there regardless of the house. I was really excited about the yard space given we brought little ones but it was dirt and hard dead weeds. The shower door in the hall bath doesn’t latch and it defaults to a gap that allows water out and creates quite the mess outside of the shower. There’s also something going on with the water/sewer system. When you run the water it smells like sewer. We definitely didn’t stay there feeling clean at any point. Overall, we do not recommend for the price, location and house.

Comfort and ease you’ll see us soon again!

I really enjoyed my quick getaway with friends and family. We were greeted to an inviting and inspiring space. This worked well for us since the house served as a base as well as a place to sleep. The rooms were fresh and orderly. The location speaks for itself. Of the many trips my group takes, this ranks near the top in peace of mind and cleanliness. We’ll definitely be back this summer!

We Will be BACK!!

I must admit I was a tad bit skeptical to book this house after having read the last guest review. However, I would sum it up as an amazing stay. My family and I were absolutely pleased. The place itself was esthetically pleasing to the eye; clean and comfortable. We had absolutely no issues with the house at all. Each room had smart TVs, the beds were super comfortable, the living room was definitely spacious enough for the entire family and the location was second to none for its price. This Airbnb was located in a quiet and quaint neighborhood in Arlington, super close to the Cowboys Stadium and within walking distance to some great bars, we didn’t even need an uber. Also, Amy was an awesome hostess who was always available and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend this house for your stay in Arlington. It’s a beautiful property just as advertised with great service.

Roach Infested Remodeled House

I guess the owner thought if they just remodeled the house without cleaning up the mess it would run the roaches away. The roaches were everywhere including living room, kitchen, fridge, and bathrooms. When I contacted the property manager to advise of the problem they ensured me that they would have Terminix come out asap. My family stayed at the house for 4 days and Terminix never showed up. The house looks nice in the pictures and on the inside but that still did not run the roaches away. When you are driving up to the house it looks like a trailer park. And the owner did not do anything to the outside of the property. There is also an outhouse sort of property attached to the home that looks abandoned. We were here to visit family and we could not even invited them to the home. This was a disgrace. My party requested a partial refund due to the conditions we had to endure. I have contacted the property management company everyday for the past 5 days without a response. I finally get a response today stating they will refund me $158. What an insult when we had to go to the store and purchase $50 worth of roach spray and cleaning products. Please Do Not Book Here! Run! Away! If you have an upcoming booking here, request a refund now.

Great Location, Needs a Few Simple Fixes

Great location and just as described. Plenty of beds, room for our family. Way better than a hotel. Missing basic supplies like trash bags, laundry soap (they ask you to wash the towels when you leave), paper towels, kitchen essentials (coffee supplies -sugar). We had people there working on the gutters the second day of our stay, which was odd. It left leaves and water in some of the doorways and windowsills. Property manager was super easy to get ahold of and always helpful and friendly. Potentially a great property!

Nice property

Everything was nice and as represented. The only issue is kitchen was not well equipped if yiu plan on cooking there. For instance no serving bowls, a single wine glass etc. i would stay there again as everything else was very good.
