Host is friendly and helpful. I was able to modify my reservation easily. House was very nice and a fantastic location. I was thrilled to find that Babe's Fried Chicken is walking distance from the home. Highly recommend, two thumbs up.

This is our second year staying at this hole for a cowboys game, and it is perfect. The house is well laid out for hanging out and watching sports with plenty of room to relax outside as well. You can walk to and from the stadium without too much effort and everything you need is close by. We will be back again next year !

Quick Weekend in Arlington

My daughter was in a competition at the University of Texas Arlington for the weekend and we wanted a place where we could relax and recover between events. The house was perfect - the location made it easy to get to and from the competition and the house allowed us to bring my parents too. We walked to Front St for dinner and drinks on Saturday. Only complaint is that the mattresses & pillows weren’t that great. Fine for a short stay. Would stay here again!

Friends gather for PINK concert!

Perfect house for our friends gathering! Conveniently located to Globe Life Field and downtown Arlington. Nice neighborhood. The house was just as listed: super clean, newly remodeled, the host was easy to access, beautiful outdoor seating areas, well stocked, just perfect!

Better in person than in pics!

The pictures of the house don’t do it justice, looked so much better in person! I was surprised at how modern the inside was and the garden outside just adds uniqueness to this find. I really enjoyed my stay here and would consider rebooking in the future!

Home away from home!

This was probably the easiest home away from home check in and out process I’ve ever experienced. The instructions were detailed and posted so I did not have to contact anyone or go searching for the information. Our stay was amazing! Beautiful inside and out. Very spacious and open. Towels, wash clothes, blankets, and most necessities were provided. Even though we brought our own it was nice to have that stuff just incase we needed it. My only con or dislike was that non of the outlets in the master bedroom ( first room to the left) were working so we couldn’t use the tv or charge our phones in the room. Also the grass/ yard needed to be cut and trees trimmed. Overall still a wonderful stay. Would definitely stay here again.

This house is a great place to stay for game weekend. You could walk to both stadiums if you really wanted too. The backyard is super cozy and the main gathering room with a tv is great to watch sports in the evenings. We will absolutely be back down and stay here again.

Perfect oasis

This house is perfect and if we travel back to Arlington we will definitely stay here. It is nicely located near all the big things in Arlington but is quiet and an absolute escape from the crowds of Six Flags or professional sporting events. Thank you Mitchell for a wonderful stay!

Location was perfect. It was close to this restaurant Prince's that was awesome. Also close to bars and of course the stadium and ballpark.

I dont think I could have found a better location, host or service than whay Mitchell offeres. The home was clean and directions on what was expected was communicated such as the wifi password and what to do when departing. We didnt get a chance to enjoy the awesome backyard. The beds we super comfy, bathroom were nicely cleaned as the entire house was. Very warm and inviting and when we come back definitely would stay here again. Thank you Mitchell again.

Excellent place to stay!

What a wonderful property! Lots of room to move around/entertain inside and out! Very clean, easy to find and easy to feel right at home. The surrounding gardens are certainly something to behold. I can see children playing lots of hide and seek while their parents are comfortable in the many seating areas outside. We highly recommend.
