The living room has a large fireplace with dining room, a brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliance and granite counters. Plus all the essentials you would expect in a vacation rental and a great front patio to enjoy the views. There is also high speed internet and cable.

Our unique location is directly across from a sandy bay beach with views of the beautiful Newport Bay, Lido Island, and the boats of Newport Harbor. It’s also an ideal spot for launching kayaks and paddle boards.

The property is walking distance to the many attractions of the Newport Peninsula. Walk to the Fun Zone and the ferry to Balboa Island, or the many restaurants, piers or rent some bikes and take a ride along the bike path to your favorite location.

The home is nicely decorated and well kept and very clean. This is not your typical beach rental! We use the property as a second home. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated with all new bedding, pillows and comforters. The master bedroom has a King and en-suite bathroom with tub. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Both bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds. The front patio is ideal for sitting outside and enjoying the views, having a drink, BBQing and or just relaxing.

Have fun in Newport harbor on the water, as there are boat and kayak rentals nearby. You can also fish, kayak or paddle board from the beach in front of the house.
