My family and I stayed here to celebrate my dad's 65th birthday and the house was the perfect size for all of us. We enjoyed the location right on the boardwalk and very close to the beach. Also walking distance to the Fun Zone and some restaurants. It is dog friendly too. The parking gets to be a little hairy on the weekends during the summer with lots of visitors to the beach but Shauntelle was very accommodating with reimbursement for the parking meters. Shauntelle was also very kind and responsive to my communications with her throughout the check in process from a few days prior to check in and on the day of. She even did a virtual walk through with me to ensure the house was in proper working order and that we had everything we needed. If something isn't quite right or if you need anything else to make the stay better within reason she is willing to provide it or assist in any way. Great customer service!

Great / fun / relaxing experience by the beach

My family and friends had a wonderful time in Newport Beach. The property was perfectly located across from the beach and only a short walk (one block) away from many fine restaurants and shops. Lot's of things to do for everyone. Or just kick back and relax (Me). Once we parked, never had to leave. Didn't want to. I plan on staying here again. Shauntelle was a gracious host/representative and a pleasure to deal with. I recommend this spot to anyone.

Perfect family reunion!

Hosted a family reunion at their boardwalk/oceanfront property and the experience/customer care was truly first class! The property is quite large considering it's right on the boardwalk and everything is updated. TVs in every room, updated showers, large comfortable beds. The location is right next to restaurants and bars, we walked everywhere. Blankets, beach chairs, beach tents, beach towels were complimentary and very much appreciated. Lastly but not least, we would like to give a shout out to our property representative Shauntelle. Her customer service was exceptional. She was very reachable and accommodating to our requests. 100% would rent this property again!

This house is absolutely stunning we loved the VIP experience that Shantelle has given, very thoughtful and caring made sure all our needs were met. The home is in thee most perfect location all the way around you have the pier with Ruby’s dinner , bicycle rentals at reach, the beach view and fire pits steps away. I don’t like walking lol but everything was close enough where I volunteered let’s go walk over to the balboa Ferris wheel. The home was able to accommodate my family. My daughter was deployed in the Red Sea so she missed Thanksgiving, Christmas etc the kitchen was well equipped and I was able to make a Thanksgiving dinner no problem!

Amazing beach getaway

The property was wonderful. Its location is right on the boardwalk and sand and close to everything. Right from the beginning Shauntelle was a wonderful host. She communicated quickly and thoughtfully and took care of every need and issue. We will definitely come and stay again.

Bachelor/Bachelorette Weekend

This first floor property was very spacious. We booked this location for a combined bach party weekend. 12 people total stayed the weekend and there was enough room for everyone. Property was very communicative the week leading up to our stay. The location is very close to many amenities located in Balboa. The property was very clean and it is easily adjusted to accommodate as needed.

Excellent accommodations!

Our place at Newport Beach made for an unforgettable family trip! Our host Shauntelle made sure everything was perfect, including extra towels we requested. She even mailed us my wife’s earrings that were left behind. Going the extra mile made us realize we would stay here again without question!!

Family trip to Newport Beach

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the beach house! Shauntelle was incredibly accommodating and made sure everything was perfect for our visit. The house itself was fantastic, with easy access to the beach, which made it simple to enjoy the beautiful weather. The location couldn’t be better, with friendly locals and close proximity to shops and restaurants. We truly enjoyed every moment and can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough about how incredible our stay was at this stunning oceanfront home! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views, the prime location, and the overall comfort of the house. Nestled right on the sand, this home offers unbeatable access to the beach, the boardwalk, and all the best that Newport Beach has to offer.The house itself is immaculate—spacious, beautifully designed, and stocked with everything you need for a perfect vacation. Family vacation 2024

This has become an annual tradition of ours to rent out a large house somewhere in the driveable area. We live in the greater Los Angeles area and love the balboa peninsula. Our host was very accommodating to our needs and to the whole stay!! Our host was so kind and warm and welcoming. The location of our rental was in the most happening and hip part of Newport Beach. We rented bikes and surfboards and jet skis all within walking district to our host house. I would absolutely recommend renting this stay!!

Location is fantastic

Great location. Right in front of the boardwalk and easy access to the beach and extra parking for guests. Balboa is so fun and lots of great food choices. Only 1.5 miles from Newport and you can walk or jog the boardwalk. Loved being so close to everything. Shauntelle (the host) was super easy to work with, kind, and helpful.

Amazing summer vacation

My family just stayed at this property and Shauntelle was a amazing host .. professional and also extremely welcoming and wanting my family to have the absolute best possible time .. She walked me through everything TV set up .. Where everything is located on the property and wanted to know if we ever needed anything.. Awesome family vacation

Shauntelle was absolutely amazing to work with. She is lovely, responsive, organized, very professional, thought of all of our needs. The Newport Beach house was also super fun and awesome! It was in a great location with lots of activities to do and everything was walkable. It was very, very clean and had everything we needed and more. It was really just a wonderful experience and trip!! We would love to stay there again and other properties Shauntelle manages!! She was really wonderful!!

Great location, close to everything. Great rental for large groups, very spacious.

Property manager (Susan) was very responsive. The location was very convenient, reducing the need to drive anywhere far away. most lings you would need are within walking distance. The floor plan is spaciously laid out, which supports larger groups. Nice rental.

21st birthday celebration at this beautiful beach house!

Overall my stay here was great, Shauntelle always answered right away when I had any questions, making checkin and my stay as easy as possible. I was able to celebrate my 21st birthday with my friends and we had a blast! Although it wasn’t as clear that the upper unit would be used, the bottom unit is still very spacious and perfect for hanging out. I highly recommend booking through her! Definitely going to be back.

Annual Labor Day trip

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Another amazing trip in the books! This particular house, by far, was our favorite stay. Walking distance to everything! Shauntelle is a great host and was thorough in our walkthrough. Appreciated her attention to detail. Great home, clean, spacious, comfortable and 3 bathrooms/showers = bonus! The entire stay from the key code entry to use of the garage to park hubs HD and our bikes was effortless. We plan to stay again! Thanks Shauntelle for making our family trip a smooth transition and most enjoyable weekend!

Best experience

The stay at this beach house was easily our best experience we’ve ever had at any rental property. All of the credit goes to our host Shauntelle for making this experience incredible for us. The house was practically right on the beach. It was also right in front of a parking lot so parking was never an issue. This house easily sleeps 16 people comfortably, and that’s only downstairs, I believe if combined with the property upstairs it would sleep double the amount, possibly more. We were here celebrating my brothers 40th bday, so our host Shauntelle was very sweet and understanding of our special requests. Thank you so much for our stay, we hope to come back again!
