Newly renovated 2 bed, 1 bath Back Home with OCEAN VIEW. Private courtyard and 2 Parking spots. This home includes 1 Queen, 2 Singles, and a Full size pullout couch. Our back home is located on the 2nd floor and comes with a smart TV, WiFi, Propane BBQ, Washer and Dryer, Linens, Beach/Bath Towels, Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs/Toys/Umbrella and 2 Surfboards.

The space
This property is centrally located on 17th Street between the Balboa and Newport Beach piers. You can walk or ride bikes to anywhere on the peninsula from this home. The best thing about this location is that you are a 5-15 minute walk to over 20+ restaurants, shopping, the balboa fun zone, boat rentals, all while staying at the beach.
For those of you with kids, Balboa Park is just across the street on the bay making this home an ideal location for families.
Guest access
When accessing from the alley please use the white gate on the left side of the home or the white gate on the right side of the home when accessing from the boardwalk.
Other things to note
IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:
-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
PETS
This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Please note, not all breeds will be permitted on property and will be subject to the discretion of the property manager. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time. Should your pet become a nuisance due to excess barking and/or cause a threat/harm to other residents or guests, we will ask that you remove the pet from the property immediately or cancel your reservation without a refund of any kind. All potty accidents must be reported to the property manager immediately. Additional charges may be applied to cover the costs of repairs or damages caused by any pet.
- Must be 25+ Years Old to Rent
-Please review house rules regarding Noise, Day/Nighttime Occupancy, etc.
- This is unit B in a Duplex Property, there are NO shared walls.
- Noise from other units, neighboring homes, and beachgoers should be expected.
-Courtyard Patio and BBQ area for your sole use, not shared with the front home.
-High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested prior to your stay.
-Washer and Dryer are shared with the oceanfront home, located in the garage, and is coin-operated.
- Parking (1) Garage A, parking (2) Tandem Parking behind garage A.
(Full Sized Truck or Van is permitted in the tandem spot)
- This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
