The Space:
This top floor unit features an open plan living and dining area with air-conditioning unit and ocean views throughout. A private rooftop terrace with sun lounges, a seating area, games and a BBQ. The fully equipped kitchen contains all your necessities to cook a storm and enjoy dinner in whilst you soak up those amazing ocean views over dinner. Enjoy sunset drinks and BBQ with friends on your own private rooftop terrace or soak up a quiet morning coffee on the deck. The complex also contains a pool.

Master Bedroom:
Features a Queen bed, ceiling fan, ample wardrobe space and a private ensuite bathroom with bath, shower vanity and toilet.

Bedroom 2:
Features a double bed with a single bunk on top.

The main bathroom features a bath, shower and toilet.

Downstairs you have access to the Seacrest pool and a private single lockup garage which can also store surfboards and bikes.

Access to the penthouse unit is via a lift. The rooftop terrace is accessed via a set of stairs from outside the unit. It has a BBQ, several lounge chairs and incredible views of Moffat Beach!

Guest Access:
The entire 2 bedroom unit, and private balcony off the living and dining area. A private rooftop terrace is available for your exclusive use and overlooks the stunning Moffat Beach headland. A single lockup garage with parking for 1 vehicle as well as enough space to store a bike or two, or a surfboard.

The Neighborhood:
You are minutes walk to local cafe's, bars and coffeeshops. A surf break across the road, and the nearby sunshine coast walkway which connects seamlessly to King's Beach, Happy Valley, Dicky Beach and Currimundi. Cycle or walk anywhere.

Getting Around:
There is a nearby bus service, and you can access all major attractions by vehicle.

Other Things to Note:
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.

*AC unit in the living/dining area.

*The single lockup garage has a 2m clearance. The garage is located on the very right hand side of the building and there is a sharp left hand turning circle to get into the garage. There is 1 guest parking space in the garage for the unit, 2 parking spaces for the complex along with ample on-street parking.
