Statue of Liberty Views Downtown

Our alcove studio comfortably sleeps two and has breathtaking views of the Statue of Liberty and New York Harbor. It is on the water surrounded by parks (including playgrounds and dog runs), but also close to restaurants, shops, buses, subways, and ferries. There is a 24 hour doorman at the entrance for packages and emergencies. There is an entrance/exit directly on S End Ave near the World Financial Center and also directly onto the Esplanade next to the water.

The building has a gym and outdoor pool which are available for an extra fee; there is also on-site parking available for an extra fee (paid to those facilities directly and not to us). We live here normally and are simply subletting the apartment with the permission of the building while we are away to cover our costs. We love this apartment and hope you will, too!
