Spring Break Get-Away

We had a good time staying at the Ledges. We wished it was a little closer to downtown St. George but we also loved how close it was to Snow Canyon State Park and the running trails.

Always fun to stay at ledges

As always the ledges properties are some of our favorites in the st George area. This one met our expectations too. Very relaxing and comfortable stay!

Very quiet safe neighborhood. Great for the kids to ride scooters and bikes swim and play picklebal

We loved the layout of the condo. 3 bedrooms with an on suite. Kids area with 2 bunkbeds and their own TV couch and bathroom.

Wonderful Location for Family Gathering

Found the unit spotlessly clean, spacious and well stocked (lots of towels for the pool). It was a perfect location for exploring Zion (about 70 minutes away) and the canyons and hiking areas close by. The second floor deck was a nice spot for reading a book or gathering for an afternoon cocktail. Grill worked great. The shade in the primary bedroom needed repairing and someone was there immediately to fix it. A perfect rental.

Nice place a little out of st george, avoid the traffic

This is a nice place, the management company was good to interest with. The place was nice and mostly clean, a few items had been over looked though. When we got there the dishwasher was half full of dirty dishes and some of the dishes and utensils in the drawer were not clean. I let the management know and they brought over extra dishwasher tablets to run extra loads. This is a nice location a little removed from the traffic of st george but also a little removed from activities in st george. Would be perfect if you planned to spend your time in snow canyon and cook in your rental. A little out of the way for grocery, restaurants, and other activities. We enjoyed our stay and the quiet here. We didn’t use the pool or other amenities, too busy with our own activities.

Great Location

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kimber and Lexi from The Ledges Rental could not have been nicer nor more accommodating, from start to finish. Even a challenge with getting in was resolved promptly. The unit is very nice and was comfortable, but it is advertised to be able to accommodate 14 people and other than adding couches to sleep on, that would be a stretch with seating in the living room for a max of five on couches, seating for 3 on the deck plus 4 chairs, and a dining room table that seats 8, maybe ten could squeeze in, it’s just not a big space. Single car garage, sliding screen door stuck for going out the back, a refrigerator door that swings wide open every time (no stopper), and a toilet that seems to not be bolted down (sitting down is fine, standing up it bangs into the wall). Again, it was nice, but feels like it could use some help and maybe not as many people as it offers. We had four, so we were fine. Great location!

The house was perfect and the pool was great! The hosts were amazing and very accommodating. I even forgot my winter coat at the house and they mailed it back to me!
