Great view; handy to many parks

We like the property, but there were a lot of steps to go up and down every day, which wasn’t a problem for us since we’re both in good shape but for somebody our age that’s having arthritis. It might’ve been a problem. Also, the coffee maker was pretty old and really a new one would’ve been nice. Those were a lot of noise at night from people coming from the pool that would stand outside our balcony and talk after we had gone to bed, but overall we really enjoyed the condo and especially having that balcony to sit out on it was wonderful. We went home relaxed and happy so thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Would stay again

The only thing that was lacking was body soap, but thankfully we brought our own. It was very clean and comfortable. Loved the location, in the middle of everywhere we went.

Enjoyed the condo. Plenty of room for 2 couples. Only draw back, there was no bar soap for showers, no shampoo or conditioner in bathrooms and no Pool Towels.

Very nice condo

The condo was clean and furnished with everything you need. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms had updated floors and showers. We will definitely be trying to get this one the next time we visit St George.

Wonderful bright and sunny condo!

The property is in a lovely quiet complex and has a great view from the kitchen and the large balcony. The condo unit is wonderfully bright and sunny! It is very well equipped, tastefully decorated, clean and very comfortable. The kitchen layout and kitchenware is wonderful for cooking and eating inside or outside on the balcony. The location was great for our day hiking trips and the many golf courses is the area. We really enjoyed our time there and would not hesitate to return!

Perfect place in St George

My husband and I and another couple enjoyed our stay here very much. Kathy was easy to work with and the place was absolutely perfect in every way. Kitchen was well equipped with many amenities. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom set up was perfect for 2 couples. We were not far from Zion National park and 2 beautiful state parks for hiking. Can’t beat the price for this condo compared to a hotel either. Perfect in all ways!

Perfect in every way!

The condo was in an amazing location near two pool areas (slides!!) with incredible views. The indoor pool was a plus. The beds and pillows were “hotel like” and the whole home was tastefully decorated and comfortable. There were two amazing playgrounds a short distance away. Stores and restaurants are conveniently located. We highly recommend this rental!

Absolutely Lovely

We truly enjoyed our stay. Loved all the practical items that made the stay easy. The college kids had a quick dip in the pool, but November weather is not hot enough for an old lady like me to jump in. I was blessed to read and complete a puzzle both thoughtful touches available in the home. Communication was quick and kind. I would definitely stay again if the opportunity arose!

Great location! Great condo!

We love St George! This condo was a great place to stay! Reasonably priced and clean! Very comfortable! It is located on the third floor so be sure you are able to do stairs. This was a surprise to us and we had someone who has a little trouble with stairs. But we made it work and loved our stay!

St. George Vacation

We had a wonderful time while vacationing in St. George and exploring both Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon National Park. It was really nice to come back "home" each afternoon/evening and just relax in this beautiful condo. We used both the waterfall pool and hot tub that were located behind our unit. The condo had everything we needed and Kathy was great to work with. We decided that when we come back to St. George, we will definitely be checking to see if Kathy's unit is available.

Had a great time

This was our first VRBO experience and we really enjoyed it - much more than a typical hotel. The owner left great instructions, the pools were pretty fun for our kids, and it was nice and clean. There really isn't much to complain about. The only minor inconvenience was the couch in the living room. It seems a little old and uncomfortable but not a huge deal overall. We'd likely stay here again!

We purchased this vacation rental to bring our family together on long weekends and holidays. Sharing our special property with guests helps to offset the cost and allows us to keep it in tip top condition.

The condominium complex is packed with fun amenities and there are numerous hiking and biking trails just outside our doorstep. It's so easy to just unpack and then head off on on foot or by bike to enjoy some new adventure. A short drive away takes us to slot canyons, shopping, lakes, Tuacahn plays, waterfalls, cultural events and national parks. We love St. George for i t's wonderful restaurants, outdoor recreation and small town activities.
