This beautiful three-story home is in Summer Towne on Front Beach Road in Panama City Beach, FL. Recently updated. This house is next to Pier Park/Margaritaville. This is the most convenient location along the beaches in the entire area. All restaurants, Ocean and Pier Park are within a few steps of this incredible house. This house is a few steps to the white sandy beach. Avoid large crowds and competing for a spot on the beach. No elevators, crowds, long lines at elevators or waiting for parking! One of the best features is having your own garage to pull into with no elevators. Full fridge in garage for your beach drinks, overflow food and ice. This house is fully equipped, has high speed internet and HE washed and dryer. There are plenty of beach chairs and items to enjoy at the beach without having to bring your own. There is also a charcoal grill to grill outside by the pool right behind the house. The views and breeze from the top deck are amazing.

We love this place, its our second time staying here. Its perfect for a family and its just steps from the beach as well as Pier Park. The owners are very responsive and all around good people! Im sure we will be back, we love it!!

Best PCB stay so far

Holly was an absolutely amazing host. The house was wonderfully clean. Everything was stocked and worked great, we wanted for nothing. Communication was superb. We will absolutely be staying again! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!

Great House & Location

My family and I had a fabulous vacation at this house. The house was very nice. It was the perfect size for my family of 4. The location is perfect with just a short walk across the street for beach access. We were plesently surprised that this portion of beach is not crowded at all. Also being close to Pier Park was nice. We walked there a few time for shopping and food. The owner Joy was very responsive and helpful. She even had new beach towels delivered when we were one short for our family. I definitely recommend this rental property and we plan to stay again in the future.

Loved it

Great property, house description was accurate. Owners were awesome! Very responsive and helpful. We had no issues. Great location, very short walk to pier park. Great beach location, located not to close to large condos so beach wasn’t too crowded. Garage and extra fridge in garage were great bonuses! Neighborhood pool directly behind house, was always clean and never crowded. Highly recommend, will stay again!!

Great Place to Stay

We were celebrating my daughter’s high school graduation and we had a wonderful relaxing time. Great location and great communication with the owner!!!! Will definitely stay here again!

Fun family vacation

House is in the perfect location. Near lots of restaurants and shopping. Plenty of beach area to enjoy even if you sleep in. Holly was wonderful to work with. Definitely got a workout on those steps.

Great location

Easy to get to nearby restaurants without having to drive. Beach access was super easy, much better than going up and down elevators. The end house allowed for a bit more privacy as well.

Pier Park House

We had a wonderful stay! It's convenient to everything: shopping, restaraunts, and the beach!

This is our favorite place to stay in PCB!! It has all the comforts of home and anything you might want to take down to the beach. The home is very well kept and offers an amazing view. Thanks Bev and Ken!!

Pier Haven Fall Vacation

Great house! Close access to beach & pool as well as restaurants & shopping. Owner was great to work with. Provided beach chairs, umbrellas & toys which was great to have and not have to bring from home. We highly recommend and hope to stay again next year.

Spring Break Fun!!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Pier Haven. The house was in a perfect spot and close to all needed. Great views from top balcony!! Loved it all. Can’t wait to go back again!!

Beautiful home and perfect location!!

This was our second time to stay at this location. It's a wonderful home and is in a great location. Everything we needed was there and the beach was just across the street. We look forward to staying here again. Thanks Bev for sharing your home with us once again!

Great Property in a great location!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property has all the comforts of home and is situated in a wonderful location. You are close to everything but not crowded on the beach. Thank you to Ken and Bev for sharing their home with us. We will be going back again for sure. I would highly recommend this property!

Perfect

It was exactly what we were needing for our stay. It was close to the events during Jeep Fest so we had no problem getting where we needed to be. The house was great and had everything we needed and the space was great.

We bought this incredible house after going to Panama City over several years with our family and decided to purchase our own Beach home away from home. We travel often with our family and love to come and sit on the deck watching dolphins and sipping our coffee. There is so much to do and love the fact that we do not have to fight crowds, elevators or drive around for a parking spot. We park our car in our garage and never leave unless we need to go beyond Pier Park or to the grocery. We are within walking distance of almost everything.

We purchased this home because it was everything we were looking for. Ocean, privacy, great views and 150 steps to the beach and Pier Park. We love Panama City Beach and feel the crystal blue waters are equivalent to what we have seen in the Caribbean. We love to swim in the ocean and see clear water to our toes.

This house is unique in that it is the closest home to Pier Park and has everything you need. No parking garage, no elevators and your own garage with pool behind the house. 150 steps to the beach with incredible views from the deck ! Pier park is right beside the home and everything you need is within walking distance from the house. No need to get the car out all week. Family friendly with something for all ages to do.
