We love this place, its our second time staying here. Its perfect for a family and its just steps from the beach as well as Pier Park. The owners are very responsive and all around good people! Im sure we will be back, we love it!!

Best PCB stay so far

Holly was an absolutely amazing host. The house was wonderfully clean. Everything was stocked and worked great, we wanted for nothing. Communication was superb. We will absolutely be staying again! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!

Great House & Location

My family and I had a fabulous vacation at this house. The house was very nice. It was the perfect size for my family of 4. The location is perfect with just a short walk across the street for beach access. We were plesently surprised that this portion of beach is not crowded at all. Also being close to Pier Park was nice. We walked there a few time for shopping and food. The owner Joy was very responsive and helpful. She even had new beach towels delivered when we were one short for our family. I definitely recommend this rental property and we plan to stay again in the future.

Great property, house description was accurate. Owners were awesome! Very responsive and helpful. We had no issues. Great location, very short walk to pier park. Great beach location, located not to close to large condos so beach wasn’t too crowded. Garage and extra fridge in garage were great bonuses! Neighborhood pool directly behind house, was always clean and never crowded. Highly recommend, will stay again!!

Fun family vacation

House is in the perfect location. Near lots of restaurants and shopping. Plenty of beach area to enjoy even if you sleep in. Holly was wonderful to work with. Definitely got a workout on those steps.

Great location

Easy to get to nearby restaurants without having to drive. Beach access was super easy, much better than going up and down elevators. The end house allowed for a bit more privacy as well.

Beautiful place and perfect location

This was our first visit to PCB and our family really enjoyed it immensely. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay, it had everything we needed and is in a great location. In addition to vacationing we were celebrating our daughters 16th birthday and I knew I picked a great spot when she came to me and said "this is the best birthday ever" and we hadn't been out of your home yet.

We bought this incredible house after going to Panama City over several years with our family and decided to purchase our own Beach home away from home. We travel often with our family and love to come and sit on the deck watching dolphins and sipping our coffee. There is so much to do and love the fact that we do not have to fight crowds, elevators or drive around for a parking spot. We park our car in our garage and never leave unless we need to go beyond Pier Park or to the grocery. We are within walking distance of almost everything.

We purchased this home because it was everything we were looking for. Ocean, privacy, great views and 150 steps to the beach and Pier Park. We love Panama City Beach and feel the crystal blue waters are equivalent to what we have seen in the Caribbean. We love to swim in the ocean and see clear water to our toes.

This house is unique in that it is the closest home to Pier Park and has everything you need. No parking garage, no elevators and your own garage with pool behind the house. 150 steps to the beach with incredible views from the deck ! Pier park is right beside the home and everything you need is within walking distance from the house. No need to get the car out all week. Family friendly with something for all ages to do.
