Cette belle maison de trois étages se trouve dans Summer Towne Cottage sur Front Beach Road à Panama City Beach, en Floride, et est située à l'extrémité la plus proche de Pier Park. C'est l'endroit le plus pratique le long des plages de toute la région. Tous les restaurants, Ocean et Pier Park sont à quelques pas de cette incroyable maison. Cette maison est à moins de 150 marches de la plage. Évitez les grandes foules et la compétition pour une place sur la plage. Pas d'ascenseurs, de foules, de longues files d'attente aux ascenseurs ou d'attente pour le stationnement! L'une des meilleures caractéristiques est d'avoir son propre garage sans ascenseur pour attendre. Cette maison est entièrement équipée, dispose d'Internet haut débit et HE lavé et séchoir. Il y a beaucoup de chaises longues et d'articles pour profiter de la plage sans avoir à apporter les vôtres. Il y a aussi un gril à charbon pour griller près de la piscine juste derrière la maison. Les vues et la brise du pont supérieur sont incroyables.

Fun family vacation

House is in the perfect location. Near lots of restaurants and shopping. Plenty of beach area to enjoy even if you sleep in. Holly was wonderful to work with. Definitely got a workout on those steps.

Great property, house description was accurate. Owners were awesome! Very responsive and helpful. We had no issues. Great location, very short walk to pier park. Great beach location, located not to close to large condos so beach wasn’t too crowded. Garage and extra fridge in garage were great bonuses! Neighborhood pool directly behind house, was always clean and never crowded. Highly recommend, will stay again!!

Easy to get to nearby restaurants without having to drive. Beach access was super easy, much better than going up and down elevators. The end house allowed for a bit more privacy as well.

Great House & Location

My family and I had a fabulous vacation at this house. The house was very nice. It was the perfect size for my family of 4. The location is perfect with just a short walk across the street for beach access. We were plesently surprised that this portion of beach is not crowded at all. Also being close to Pier Park was nice. We walked there a few time for shopping and food. The owner Joy was very responsive and helpful. She even had new beach towels delivered when we were one short for our family. I definitely recommend this rental property and we plan to stay again in the future.

We purchased this home after visiting Panama City Beach for years with our family and falling in love with the area. We wanted a place that felt easy, relaxing, and truly enjoyable — not stressful like many high-rise stays.

One of our favorite things to do is sit on the top deck in the morning with coffee, watching for dolphins and enjoying the ocean breeze.

We chose this home because of how simple everything is — no elevators, no crowds, no searching for parking. Just pull into the garage, unload once, and enjoy your time.

You can walk almost everywhere, which makes a huge difference during busy seasons. The beach here is beautiful, with clear water and soft white sand, and we love that it feels more relaxed compared to other parts of Panama City Beach.
