We’re not lying about the title, this truly is a surfer’s paradise. Located across the street from Leadbetter Beach and Shoreline Park, you’ll be mere steps from one of Santa Barbara’s most popular surf spots and family beaches. Walk a tiny bit farther and you’re in the Harbor with a ton of dining and activity options next to Santa Barbara’s cozy West Beach neighborhood.

This single-story Paradise Retreats Santa Barbara home is situated on the bluff above Shoreline Drive with an incredible view of the Channel Islands, beach, harbor, and beyond. The mid-century style abounds with peaked ceilings, large views, and wide open spaces. Three Bedrooms offer deluxe Queen beds and one Bedroom has two twin beds. The focal point is the fully enclosed lanai, complete with a lounge, private hot tub, outdoor heater, and 180 degree ocean views.

I wouldn't even know where to start explaining what a prime spot and beautiful across-the-street view of the ocean. It's huge inside with basically a whole suite on one side. Perfect spot!!

Very nice and comfortable house. We had 8, plus an infant and were very confortable. We did quite a bit of cooking and there was plenty of roo. For all of us to do our things. Bedrooms were all a decent size and beds were comfortable. Proprty was very clean and well decorated. We also enjoyed thhe hot tub.The view from the front patio was incredible. The back patio area was also extremely nice.The location was a short walk to the beach and other shoreline activities and businesses. It was also within a 10 minute drive of most Santa Barbara attractions. Would definitely book again if in the area.

Beautifully positioned home overlooking the ocean and led better beach very centrally located near downtown near Santa Barbara Junior College. It has all the amenities when could possibly need. The glass in veranda of a look at the ocean is exceptionally enjoyable.

Great Stay!

Property is as advertised - great location into downtown Santa Barbara (a nice walk or a very short drive), a well-serviced house (that had all the necessary 'stuff" for our stay, and solid (and timely) communication with the property manager ... with a view that's hard to beat! We all would go back in an instant for sure.

Perfect Ocean View paradise

A lovely spacious house to enjoy with great amenities and a Perfect location. We enjoyed a large jacuzzi, cooked great meals and dined in a porch area with a perfect ocean view.

Santa Barbara at its best

This peaceful, comfortable property was perfect for us. Plenty of space for our family, a well-appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, just a quick walk to the beach, great outdoor spaces, and the most unbelievable views. The indoor/outdoor porch area with hot tub makes this place really special. 10/10 - would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view.

It was so lovely to sit on the screened-in porch and watch the happy people of Santa Barbara stroll the path. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the check-in and stay were seemless.

Terrific house with with best view

The most gorgeous view! Spent every morning relaxing in the “atrium” watching the sunrise. Property is clean, well cared for and comfortable.
