Beautiful Private 10 Bedroom Beachfront Villa with hotel amenities

Barefoot combines the exclusivity and privacy of a large beachfront villa with the amenities and comforts of a boutique hotel. Located on a beautiful beach 2 minutes from the bars and restaurants of Cabarete and just 10 minutes from the party town of Sosua, Barefoot was designed to give our guests a spot where they can both party and chill.

THE PROPERTY: Our guests have nicknamed Barefoot "The Compound" and here's why - when a group books Barefoot they have the place to themselves - no other guests. Just your people and your guests. Our base rate is for up to 22 guests. Please add a $50 fee, per night, per additional guest, from 23 to 32.

- BEDROOMS - Each of our 10 bedrooms is equipped with pillow-topped beds, flat-screen TVs, a full en-suite bathroom, and balconies facing beautiful ocean views. There is daily maid service just like a hotel.

- INFINITY POOL AND BIG JACUZZI HOT TUB - Both of these features are at the center of the property and are open 24 hours a day for use. This is an IDEAL location for a DJ Pool Party. Remember - the property is all yours!

- THE BAR - A complimentary bartender is included for groups of more than 10 guests. The bars are fully stocked and guests are welcome to get the all-you-can-drink option or provide their own liquor.

- THE TIKI HUT - This is where guests eat and lounge. Located right next to the bar, the hut has seating for up to 25 people as well as sofas and lounge chairs.

- THE LOFT - Located on the second floor with breathtaking views of the ocean, the loft has a white leather sofa and a pool table. We can provide a big-screen TV or a projector at night for group watching.

- THE KITCHEN - We pride ourselves on providing our guests with the freshest and best food on the island. We work with every group to customize a food plan to make sure we offer up exactly what you want to be served. Packages range from breakfast plans to full all-inclusive packages and great prices. Guests are also welcome to cook for themselves.

WIFI - We know how important it is these days to stay connected. The is HIGH BANDWITH-HIGH SPEED WIFI throughout the property.

GETTING AROUND: We can offer airport transfers as well as awesome vans for getting to and from the bars and clubs.

DAY TRIPS: While staying on the property is always fun, we know that it is nice to take advantage of all the beautiful island has to offer. The famous 27 waterfalls, snorkeling, deep-sea fishing, surfing and kiteboarding lessons, ATV tours, and horseback riding are just some of the fun to be had and we can set it all up for you and save you money!

We had a large group of 18. The rooms were all cleaned each day. We had one a/c unit go out and a new one was installed that day. The pool and hot tub were cleaned each day as well. We use the all inclusive plan and this works great for a large group. The dinners were excellent and staff were great. The all inclusive drinks were a definite plus. The ocean was rough for three days, but then we got some nice calm days to enjoy the surf. Beach walks were very nice. Our host Nina made sure we had everything we needed from transportation, golf, massages and dinner reservations. Overall our group had a fantastic time.

Our large family/friend group had an absolutely wonderful week at The Barefoot Beach Pad. Nina is a pleasure to work with…from meal and activities planning to arranging taxis and providing local recommendations. We loved the great surf and did lots of boogie boarding/surfing. So much to do on the property… beach volleyball, hot tub, pool table, and great high top game tables… perfect for mah jongg! The poolside open air dining and lounge area was wonderful. We had the all inclusive meal plan for 4 nights and all the food was delicious! We enjoyed getting to know our bartender and hope to return so we can have a re-match of dominos with him. The bedrooms are enormous and are very clean. The daily housekeeping was a treat. Barefoot Beach Pad is beautiful property with an incredible staff. Thank you Nina for all your help and attention to every detail.

I had a fantastic stay at the Barefoot Beach villa! The property is beautiful and well maintained. I stayed with 20 friends for my 50th birthday and it was beyond my expectations. The staff is very attentive and the manager, Nina, helped me create my dream vacation with excursions, massages, restaurant visits and fantastic dinners at the villa by their chef. The event planner Maddy helped me plan my birthday dinner and she was able to fulfill my wishes for table decoration and cake to perfection.I am so glad to have chosen the Barefoot villa and their team for my special birthday celebration!

The personnel was very friendly, efficiently directed by Nina Jost. The condition of the property was excellent with the exception of the Jacuzzi not reaching a high enough temperature. The food’s quality and quantity were also outstanding. Our family would love to return to this property sometime in the future.

Amazing relaxation for 40th birthday celebration!

We had 14 adults staying at this location for 4 nights and didn't want to leave! From the views of the ocean, to the staff, and the comfortable beds - we had an amazing stay! Angel and Ariel were the best bartenders we could ask for - always friendly, always smiling, and great to get to know. Nina, the property manager, was attentive and super easy to work with - I told her what the group wanted, and it was handled quickly and perfectly! The kitchen staff was very nice and friendly and made amazing dinners! We chose the Dominican, Mexican, Surf and Turf, and Asian dinners - they were amazing! We had such a great time and are already talking about when we can come back!

The BEST vacation ever!

We had an amazing time at the BBP. We had a group of 17 family and friends ranging from age 4 to 70-something. The place was perfect for us from start to finish.Food and Drinks: We chose the all-inclusive food and drinks option, so we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves rather than spending time cooking, cleaning, or trying to find restaurants to accommodate us all. The food was plentiful and delicious. For our dinners, we chose Dominican Fish Night, Dominican Flag Night, Surf & Turf, Pig Roast, Asian Night, BBQ Night, and Mexican Night. All were great. The bartenders, Ariel and Angel, were attentive, fun, accommodating, and made great cocktails for adults and fresh fruit smoothies for the kids. Angel worked the evening shift, and he was a ton of fun - including giving us some bachata dance lessons. Not going to lie - it was a real bummer to come home and no longer have food and drinks magically appear and dirty dishes disappear.Excursions: Nina & Juana organized several excursions for us. Favorites were the Damajagua waterfalls, boat/snorkel/lunch, Monkey Jungle zipline, and lunch at Wilson's w/ a swim at La Boca. Transportation arranged for us made it easy to get such a large group where we needed to go each day.Facilities: The rooms were spacious and nice. Housekeeping came daily. The pool and hot tub were serviced in the mornings. We had plenty of lounge chairs and beach towels.Organization: Communication was great before and throughout our stay.

We are a family of 14 from 5 years to 74. Just returned from the best family vacation we ever had. From the beginning the communication with Ben was on point. We opted for the meal plan and Nina coordinated all the meals and excursions flawlessly. We even had a last minute question about an excursion and Evelyn called the Monkey Farm and set up for my husband, with disabilities to go. We did horse back riding on the beach, massages on the property and a waterfall and zip lining excursion, which were all set up by the staff.The property is beautiful and well maintained. Rosa and her daughter kept our rooms and the property very clean. The hot tub and pool were cleaned everyday. Manuel, our chef, and his crew cooked us wonderful meals every day. Christina, the daytime bartender was so friendly and did an excellent job. Our overall favorite was Angel, the bartender at night. He went above and beyond, interacting with the adults and our 5 and 7 year old. We even got him to play some games with us. If you are looking for a great family vacation with all inclusive options available, this is the place. We felt completely safe and the owner and staff are incredible people. We can’t wait to go back.

Incredible Property and Trip!

This was a family vacation for us with 17 adults and a stay of 9 days. It is an easy, painless ride to and from the airport and the small town had everything we needed for entertainment, shopping, or exploring. We opted for the all-inclusive food and beverage packages, and were thrilled with everything provided! The property was wonderful, the beach was low-traffic and felt almost private, and the outdoor covered spaces were fun to hang out in. All of the staff were incredible, and there was truly no reason to leave the villa if we didn't want to! We opted for several excursions, however found ourselves excited to get back to the pool/beach/hot tub/bar etc each time. I highly recommend booking massages at the property, they were great and all of us took advantage of the services. We would go back to the villa in a heartbeat, and were not ready to leave when our trip was over. Thank you Beach Pad Team!

The Birthday Party of a Lifetime

From the moment we stepped outside the airport we were ppampered. Everything we asked for was accomidated down to finding us a tatoo artist.The listing was just as it was shown in the pictures. The food was amazing and plentful. The drinks were always full and tasty. When we left we had tears in our eyes. It felt like we were leaving our paradise and our friends. Angel, Christina, Carlos, Eriel....I could go on and on about you!! Thank you for taking care of us. You went well past the responsiblities of your job. The laughter, the tears, the joy and the rain will never be forgotten! We will see you again soon!

Great for large groups

We stayed at barefoot with 21 friends to celebrate my husband’s 50th. Ben and Nina were truly incredible with their quick responses and information needed to plan for such a large group. Airport transfers, food, excursions, events, et all. The all inclusive food option is great. We had a few vegetarians in our group, which I’d recommend you specify when taking this option. Ben even stopped by one evening and cooked an elaborate Asian meal himself which we appreciated. Maddy was great with planning events for our group. She and her staff were efficient and made those evenings really memorable. One should note, there is no living room at this hills and it’s all outdoors in the bar area. This was fine given it well covered and the views are great. I would recommend adding some more furniture for seating given it’s meant to cater to 20 people and at any given time there is lounge seating for only 7-8 people (excluding the high tops for dining). This villa has a lot of potential to be upscaled and is in need of a bit of TLC, and the beach could do with some cleaning up, which is reflected aptly given how affordable it is. Overall, this villa is located on a gorgeous, secluded beach. Views are amazing, the hot tub and pool are fab, rooms are large and air conditioners worked great. Thanks Nina, Maddy, Ben, Angel and staff for a truly memorable vacation.

A birthday celebration that makes me want to get older quicker

I recently celebrated my birthday with friends and family at this stunning VRBO in Cabarete, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the host's incredible responsiveness set the tone for our stay. They were always just a message away, responding within minutes to help us book tours and events, making our trip seamless and stress-free. The staff at the property were amazing and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The location itself was breathtaking, offering the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. The hosted dinners were a highlight, with delicious meals that left us wanting more. I can't recommend this VRBO enough for anyone looking to create lasting memories with loved ones. It truly was the perfect place to celebrate such a milestone birthday!

Wonderful Family Reunion

The location and customer service of this property cannot be rated highly enough. The all-inclusive food/beverage package was amazing; cuisine was exceptional. Nina was superb, as well as Ariel and Angel. I think the breakfast buffet could use a few more items. Absolutely wonderful experience!

Barefoot Beach Pad

Nina and her staff (bartenders, pool guy, cooks, house keeper, etc) did a phenomenal job tending to 21 people’s needs everyday. Especially the bartenders, this group likes to drink lots of alcohol…and they were able to keep up with our needs. It was super easy to stay in touch with Nina for whatever questions or concerns that we had. However, this is NOT a complaint but rather more of a suggestion for the resort owners. The platform and walkway tiles around the hallways and hot tub is super dangerous when WET! Please do yourself a favor and address this issue because we had one person slip and fall, luckily not injured but she is sore, and multiple close calls. The theme night dinners for each day was a great idea, and who would have thought that “Asian Night” dinner was going to be such a big hit being cooked by a non-Asian person. However, one other suggestion for us sweet-tooth Americans…and that is to have more dessert choices included into the meals instead of just very soft melted ice cream every other day. Overall, fantastic time!

Great Time!

We had just a short stay however we had a blast! Rooms were spacious and clean and staff very nice and welcoming. Only a couple of things I noticed were that the online listing was slightly off in what was included, somethings were fees we didn't realize. Communication was a little bit tricky prior to our arrival and we had some misunderstandings, but we were able to work it out. My one real complaint would be that a lot of the pool chairs were broken and need replacing. Overall, the staff was great, the food was delicious, and we would definitely go back!!

Fantastic Stay

This property absolutely stunning. The checkin process was seamless. Nina was there for us from the time we booked. From the staff, the food, the bartenders,and the beautiful views everything was as advertised. We are currently looking to book again in the near future. Wonderful 50th anniversary gathering

From the planning start 36 months ago to the final ride to the airport, it just couldn't have been better. Nina was attentive to all our needs and questions, the chef was outstanding, the staff kind and the facilities all that had been drscribed.

Amazing property for large groups

Yes, the reviews are really true. Barefoot beach is out of this world. My family of 21 persons, ages 5-65, just returned from the most magical week at Ben and Evelyn's beautiful beachfront property. Months before our arrival they reached out and a month prior arranged everything from airport shuttles, catered meals, photographer, and day trips to ziplining, horseback riding, and ATVing. The pool/beach and food service exceeded our expectations. The staff is so incredibly welcoming. I would definitely recommend at least B/fast and dinner for a large group. B'fast was out of this world and held us to early afternoon. We orginally thought about just doing dinners but honestly, while the supermarket is close, its just not worth the time, money or stress to prepare your meals. The quality and portions are so generous, we had leftovers for mid-day holdovers. You will want to relax with your group, so let them.Beach has fun waves and we were in the ocean every day but young kids or weak swimmers just need to stay waist high if current is strong. Bonfires at night, views of ocean from the hot tub and pool, and they provide a bartender from 3pm-11pm who will make any drinks from the alcohol/mixers you provide. Nina, their concergie, is amazing and will arrange taxis/shuttles, and all your off day trips. The owners Evelyn and Ben will be accessible throughout your stay and make sure you are well taken care of. Our stay at Barefoot has been the best family vacation by far.

Awesome 30th birthday/college reunion trip!

We booked with Barefoot way in advance and had a lot of time to hype up the trip - and it well exceeded our expectations. We had a group of 24 college friends celebrating our 30th birthdays/college reunion and the property is awesome - tons of space with the rooms all with their own bathrooms, plus tons of outdoor covered space, the bar, loft, pool, and not to mention the whole beach right in front of you. We enjoyed all of the food that was prepared, especially the pig roast and Dominican Night. Nina helped arrange a delicious dulce de leche birthday cake for us. The staff were so friendly and always ready to help or mix us another drink. The villa arranged all of our outings and shuttles which made things so easy for a central place to coordinate and pay on one invoice. We had a great time on our cave hiking tour and catamaran sunset tour. We hope to make this a recurring trip and would not hesitate to book with Barefoot Beach Pad again!

Amazing Spot for Families

We had a fantastic experience at Barefoot! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We had 4 families: 8 adults and 17 children. We took advantage of the all inclusive option- TOTALLY the way to go! The food was wonderful! Favorites were the grouper tenders, papas fritas, Mexican Night, Asian Night & the Pig Roast! But honestly, all the food was great. Having the bartenders on site was a plus, they were so personable & really made the trip extra special. There was a large speaker there to play music, so no need to bring one. Nina & Ariel were incredible & helped book excursions & cater to all of our needs. The staff were top notch-from the cooks to the grounds staff. It felt like family by the end of our stay. Excursion/Activity Notes: -Riverboat tour was great, especially for our kids! The meal there was INCREDIBLE. -Horseback Riding was the favorite tour for many in our group. Tommy & his team were so kind and wonderful, especially with the kids. The tour was breathtakingly beautiful. **Wear pants & closed toed shoes you can get wet. -Massages on site. This was amazing! Especially on the evening of our travel day. We took advantage of this almost everyday. -Surfing: We went to the surf beach for this because it was too rough at the house. The beach was beautiful and there were many instructors & everyone got one on one attention. We did this twice. -Snorkeling was great, lots of visibility. -Monkey Jungle & Ziplining- great mission & fun but the zipling is not really for young kids.
