Revel in the allure of this standalone home with a private dock just steps from its lakeside porch. The first floor boasts a breathtaking open-concept kitchen and living room, setting the stage for an unforgettable retreat.

Exclusive Access to Akwa Marina Yacht Club:
A short walk away, discover the enchanting Akwa Marina Yacht Club, featuring a unique beach club for you to enjoy throughout your stay. Wake up to a refreshing swim on the sandy beach with a swim raft, spend the day poolside, and savor lunch at the beach bar or order poolside. Engage in a round of Boccie or dominate the Volleyball court with friends. Relax by the propane fire pit in the far pavilion or light a fire in the wood-fired pit by the water. The property even offers its own private dock for moments of serene contemplation.

Fully Equipped Kitchen & Outdoor Grilling:
The house comes fully equipped with all the essentials for cooking in its brand new kitchen or enjoying a delightful outdoor grilling experience. However, do bring your own linens, towels, pillows, and toiletries for a personalized touch.

Beautiful lake

Great home and a beautiful lake made for a great stay for us and our teenagers. The beach club access was another big plus, with activities for all ages.

Great location and property manager

We had two families stay at the house. The location was perfect. We were all able to kayak, paddle boat and fish right in front of the house. We were walking distance to Weirs beach and the shopping area. The owner Pat was AMAZING. Having access to the Akwa Marina club was great since after a day of boating we were able to grab dinner, swim in the pool and hot tub.

Amazing Location

This is an amazing location for a stay at the lake, families, friends or any occasion. Right on the water with a dock, short walk to Weirs and access to amenities at the marina. Owners are very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here, and have nothing negative to say about our stay.

We really liked the place but it was very inconvenient to have to bring all bedding(blankets, sheets, pillows) also had to bring our own towels, toilet paper and paper towels. For the price I would have expected all of this to be included.

Amazing house

We had the best time at the lake. The house was perfect and just as described. The location couldn’t have been better - access to the lake, pool, hot tub, and a short walk to Weirs Beach. It was exactly what we needed as a summer getaway. pat was super attentive and checked in on us often to make sure we had everything that we needed. I can’t wait to stay again next summer.

Weirs Beach Vaca

We rented a newly renovated private home right on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee. There was a low dock to walk right out into the water making boat and child access very easy. A private yacht club walking distance from the property had a pool and beach with bar and restaurant. It was all ideal for my family and young children. Owners and property manager were very accommodating. The house wS really nice.
