Quiet neighborhood and lots of space

We were happy with our stay. The house is large and accommodated our group well. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect for our UTK Graduation celebration

Perfect for grandparents, parents and other family to stay for my daughter’s graduation. All one level and lots of space! Very clean and well stocked. About 15 to 20 minute drive to UTK. Would definitely recommend.

Family Wedding

This was a great option for our extended family to stay while visiting Knoxville for a wedding. All the bedrooms were large and comfortable. The bedroom layouts are a little strange, but it worked for our family. We appreciated that there was a portable crib. The family areas were nice with comfortable furniture. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac close to grocery stores, restaurants, drug stores, convenient stores. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck. Very close to downtown and 30 minutes from the zoo. Could use some minor repairs (patio door very hard to open) and some visible wear and tear (master bathroom). I would stay here again.

Comfortable, quiet, and secure.

My buddy & I were in town for the Big Ears Festival. It was great to have this sanctuary away from it all. Room for us to sprawl and isolate. Not elegant but plenty of comfort for two old guys.

The property was more than what we expected! The property was clean, in a very calm neighborhood, came with all of the necessities needed for out of town tourist, and was just overall a create house!

Home base for family wedding

House was perfectly located to use as a home base for attending a wedding and related events. Very spacious and met all our needs. Check in was super easy with the electronic access code provided the day before arrival. Neighborhood was super quiet. Would stay there again.

Family wedding

We booked several properties from these owners/hosts. We could not have been happier! The properties were mostly adjacent to each other, though our massive family exceeded even that. The hosts were flexible, friendly, helpful yet not intrusive. The properties were clean, modern and in good repair. Who could ask for more.

Wonderful Family Home

We were in town for a wedding. There 3 families that stayed and the house was perfect. The host was accommodating to our request for an earlier check in date which we are grateful for. I would definitely recommend this home to this with families.

Knoxville Birthday

We stayed at Brenda’s property for my fiancé’s birthday weekend in Knox. The property was very spacious and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for the weekend. We slept 7 adults comfortably and everyone had lots of space. Getting to downtown Knox was easy, we either drove ourselves or took an Uber and had no issues. I would definitely recommend Brenda’s property to anyone coming to Knoxville!

Perfect for us

This was our third time renting this property and again, a comfortable stay. Plenty of room and bathrooms for all. Great kitchen. Very quiet cul-du-sac and close to where we needed to be. We enjoy this rental.

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed the house during our stay. There was plenty of room for everyone (5 of us). I would warn folks that one of the bedrooms/bathrooms is only accessible from another bedroom. So if you have kids it's great, but with a full group of all adults someone's bedroom will end up being a potential high traffic area.

Great stay for our families!

We had 4 generations of our family stay for a wedding downtown Knoxville. The house was just as advertised and plenty of room for all 10 of us. Lots of room in the kitchen. Family room was comfortable and a cozy space for everyone e to sit and visit. Would definitely stay here again.
