Home away from home but with dolphins and manatees in your back yard.

The property is the downstairs of our home with separate back entrance, separate central ac and mini split ac. Lovely location on the intracoastal waterway with dock, salt water pool, hot tub, kayak and bike use. You can enjoy watching dolphins, manatees and many sea birds from the pool and dock area. Our beaches have white sugar sand and lovely blue water. and are a short 2 block walk away. There are many great restaurants and bars within walking distance.We do live upstairs so you may occasionally hear us but we do not use the pool,or other outdoor amenities when we have guests.

Perfection

Where to start, amazing waterfront property with incredible views, the beach, local restaurants and bars (and ice cream shops!) are all easily walkable, if you want to go further afield there is a regular trolley bus. The pool was brilliant, there were kayaks available to use which were a massive hit. Check in was simplicity it's self and the facilities were all you could ask for. The best bit were the owners - Lynn and Harry who live upstairs, they were delightful and helpful in equal measure. full of useful tips to help make you stay more enjoyable, out only complaint is that we did not see enough of them. This place is an absolute gem of a holiday home and we can't wait to return

Amazing & within walking distance to the beach.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house is right on the Intracoastal Waterway, a half-mile walk to the beach, and had everything that we needed. We would stay here again!

Perfect place

This property was wonderful. It was clean and had everything you needed for a wonderful vacation. The owners were the nicest people who were easy to communicate with and provided so many "extras" that you felt like you were home. The location was wonderful that you could walk to the beach then come back and soak in the hot tub. Would definitely come back!!!

Bay & beach

This house gives you the best of both worlds. We spent time kayaking, fishing off the pier, swimming in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. We walked to the beautiful beach, ice cream shop and coffee shop. It's a very short walk to beach. The house is very spacious. We had the whole down stairs. Indian rocks beach is less crowded and beautiful.

Waterfront Retreat

We are so pleased with our stay! Our hosts were friendly and accommodating. Quiet beautiful neighborhood. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The home was clean and very comfortable. Beautiful outdoor area with pool, hot tub and boat dock. We would definitely recommend this house to friends and family!

Amazing stay!

We stayed for Memorial day weekend and it was amazing. The property was conveniently located close to the beach and restaurants. The host were amazing. It was a very nice weekend. Looking forward to going back again.

We had the best vacation ever here! The property was perfect and had everything you could imagine. We took advantage of the hot tub, pool, kayaks and bicycle, loved just sitting on the dock and watching the boats pass. The whole place was immaculate and spotless inside and out. We had an amazing stay in Indian rocks. The house was just as advertised and very clean. We took advantage of all the amenities and the location was great for for bars/restaurants and the beach. I would recommend this property to everyone

Beautiful waterfront property

This property is amazing! We enjoyed the pool and views from the patio. Getting into the water with the kayaks was an extra bonus. The hosts treated us to some freshly caught fish which was such a pleasant surprise. I loved everything about this place and will definitely be returning.

Great place with abundance of amenities and fantastic view.

Super easy check in process, clear communication of what we needed. We never heard the upstairs owners until the very end with only a great smile and wave good-bye. It was exactly what we needed for us to relax and unwind. The pool was amazing, along with the hot tub (we kept it cool for August), our boys loved fishing off the dock and using the kayaks. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook and keep things cool. The living room was perfect for us to gather and the beds were comfy and clean. The place was perfect - Thank you! The Bellew's PS the bird life was so fun to watch with our morning coffee.

Amazing hosts and great stay!

This property was perfect for our stay, with everything being exactly as expected and more! They have carefully thought of everything you may need and it was especially great with kids having access to the pool, pool toys, beach stuff, and more! Hosts were super friendly and helpful, location is perfect and accommodations were excellent!

Had a great time

We had a great time at this home right on the river. The place was beautiful, excellent views, clean and had everything we needed. The fishing was good and enjoyed the pool. Lynn was an exceptional host, was very helpful and would highly recommend this place. We will definitely return. Thanks!

Clean and beautiful!

We loved our stay here. Beautiful pool and dock. We went kayaking off their dock and saw dolphins. Very clean property. Just a short walk to the beach and ice cream shop.

We love living in Indian Rocks Beach (IRB) and have resided here for 35 years. It has a smaller beach community feel with plenty of great restaurants and bars. The beach is never too crowded. From our property you can walk almost anywhere you want to go.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We have a great view of the waterway and Indian Rocks Bridge. You can watch the boats from kayaks to yachts, try to identify the many sea birds, look for dolphins and manatees and just relax in the saltwater pool.
