"Something Fishy" Beachfront Townhome w/Gorgeous View, Heated Pool Gated Complex

Fun and funky tropical waterfront beach condo with beautiful view of our gorgeous, white, sandy beach in family friendly Indian Rocks Beach.

Our 2 bedrooms, as well as our loft, all offer king size beds with quality linens, walk in closets, and the bedrooms each have a flat screen tv. Charging ports and pads are found throughout the unit, lots of plush towels, both for the bath and the beach, and our kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you could possibly need to make in house meals. Our living room offers generous, comfortable seating, and our dining area has plenty of room for everyone to enjoy dining together. The bathrooms have hair dryers, a wide variety of toiletries, and even sunscreen. Our elevated porch area offers seating to enjoy our epic sunsets.

We offer a private covered carport with 2 spaces right outside our front door. Our private storage in the carport houses beach chairs, pool floats, beach games, and countless items for beach fun!

The unit is in a small, gated complex with a lovely heated pool that is also gated. We are walking distance to a huge variety of eateries as well as plenty of live music, mini putt, a water park, a bird sanctuary and even a rapture sanctuary. There is a beach trolley that runs up and down the entire beach to local marinas for boat tours, fishing, and other routes that take you to the mainland as well.

Busch Gardens is about 40 minutes away, as well as Zoo Tampa, but we have the wonderful Clearwater Aquarium just north of us, with a petting pool and it houses wildlife from the Disney movie "Winter the Dolphin." Most guests that arrive via air, typically fly into the Tampa Airport (35 miles) or the St. Pete/Clearwater Airport (5 miles).

Long weekend getaway!!

Fantastic stay

Location can't be beat...steps to the beach, and restaurants/shops within easy walking distance. Patti is a great host - clear communication and quick responses. Check-in smooth with no "surprises". Looking forward to returning!

IRB townhome

Easy to access, good location, and owner communication was great. The beds and furnishings, etc are worn out and there were some plumbing issues. The owner did say that they will be renovating, so it may be better for future guests.

Wonderful spot for a family getaway!

Patti’s an excellent host! Great commentator and friendly. Her beach house is well equipped- much more so than stated in the ad. Her place is roomy too! Beds and furniture are comfortable and the beach is so nice and close! I also liked the security of a gated entrance. Lists of great restaurants (Guppy’s) within walking distance and IRB has the best beach. We’ll definitely return!

Great location

Patti is very accommodating. We had everything we needed in the condo including grill, beach chairs, floats and other beach items. Very quiet and relaxing. Great view of the beach. Looking forward to a future visit.

Family vacation

From check in to check out everything ran smoothly. Patti was very attentive and so friendly. The proximity to the beach could not be beat. We had beautiful weather and the children enjoyed the ocean and ending the day in the pool. We will be back!

Great place on the beach

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was nice as we could walk to get coffee in the morning and ice cream in the evening. The sunsets were beautiful and walking out of the condo a few steps to the beach was amazing. We would definitely stay there again!

Winter retreat

Due to a family emergency, we needed to book accommodations quickly for a 2 night stay. Patty was able to get us in before check in, and we were quite surprised when we realized that we were steps from the beach. The condo had everything needed for 3 people, but would be a bit tight for any larger groups. We hope to be back soon!

Adorable and convenient!

The condo was perfect for our way too short stay of one night; we'd love to return for a longer stay. Pictures are accurate, Patti was great to work with, beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked and the location was perfect!

Terrific proximity to the beautiful beach and a nice view of the water from the balcony. Unit was as pictured and I appreciated having beach towels/toys provided. Several good restaurants within walking distance. Communication with the owner (Patti) was clear and easy!

I'm a local owner who has hosted guests at this property for 20 years, so most of our guests are annual repeat visitors. I'm hugely disappointed that my original VRBO page crashed, as I had over 176 five star reviews, which describe how attentive we are to our guests.

Indian Rocks Beach is the crown jewel of the spoil island of Sand Key, as we are the only place left that retains the "old Florida charm," and our zoning hasn't given way to huge condo towers or chain hotels.

The location of our property, situated right on the white sand, as well as the convenience to all of the eateries and live music, without excessive crowds is what makes Indian Rocks Beach such a coveted location.
