Prepare to relax when you book this stylish 3 bedroom and 2 bath house with a heated pool. Ideally located 2 blocks from the beach and one block from a playground and Nature Preserve. The perfect setting for a family retreat or girl's getaway. Enjoy lounging in the back yard, soaking up the rays on the beach, and dining at the local restaurants. Private three bedroom house with a beach theme and chic furnishings. The backyard has a heated pool, shower, two grills, outdoor table, and lounging areas. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom with a shower. The other bathroom has a bath and shower and is in between the 2 guest bedrooms. The pool is accessed through the master bedroom and guest bedroom. The living room includes a queen sofa bed. A ring camera is on the front door and only records the exterior when you approach the front door. Circular driveway fits 3 cars (street parking is prohibited).

You will have everything you need to enjoy your stay and your time at the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, coffee maker, a Keurig, coffee, tea, and basis spices. Linens, towels, hair dryers, and toiletries are provided. For your time indoors board games, puzzles, wifi, a smart tv in the master bedroom, and a smart tv in the living room (with cable as well) are available. Pool toys, snorkels, goggles, and rafts are available for the pool. A beach wagon, beach umbrella, beach chairs, coolers, and sand toys are available to take to the beach. A washer and dryer are in the laundry room.

To make your stay with children more convenient a high chair, pack-n-play, stroller, floaties, and life jackets are available along with door alarms that you can turn on or off on the doors that lead out to the pool (adult supervision required).
