Perks.... location, t.p., dishwasher and washing machine pods, easy access, quiet, parking, communication with host, mattress and pillows acceptable.Cons....I didn't find any updates, wouldn't call it beautiful. Inadequate kitchen linens, & supplies for cooking meals. Bed had no blanket. Heavy grease, buildup throughout the kitchen, cupboard doors, switch plates, floor. Heavy dust build up on all inside trim of bathroom, and baseboards throughout. Dirty & dead flys in tracks of patio door & windows. It certainly served our needs. We were comfortable and felt safe. Perfect location for this visit to CO.

Amazing place

Absolutely loved staying here. The place was exactly as describe. Very comfortable & clean. Very close shops & restaurants of many kinds. Any time I’ll be in town, I will be staying here hands down.

Really cute condo

My daughter and I stayed in Colorado. This was the perfect size for us. Complete kitchen with dishwasher and stove/oven. All the necessity items were available and some previous guests left behind a few spices. There are 2 shower towels, 2 wash cloths and a hand towel. One kitchen towel was available. I especially appreciated the full size shampoo and conditioner bottles under the sink. There’s a good size closet and it had some hangers in it. Upon further inspection we found more hangers in the hall closet. Cable was installed while we were there which was nice. There are no elevators and our room was on the 3rd floor. It wasn’t too bad of a trip up and down them. Plenty of parking is available. The bed was comfortable and clean. And the bathroom was spacious. It was very handy having a washer and dryer with soap and dryer sheets. Overall it was a great experience and we’ll definitely stay again if we are in Colorado. The host communicated perfectly! All the instructions were available from the start and the code was very easy to remember and to access. The complex was quiet and the surrounding areas were quiet as well. Air conditioning worked great and was easy to adjust. There was only one tv in the living room but cable was just hooked up in the bedroom so maybe a tv will follow soon. Thanks again for the great stay!

The view from this spot is amazing. Full view of the city and mountain range. Close to many restaurants and very clean. We loved our stay and would recommend to anyone.

Nice, small condo for husband and I as we were visiting my son. Quiet apt complex, close to I-25. Very comfortable bed. Condo worked out well for us.

Economic and efficient property for our needs

The property is nice. It is well located in SE Denver area in the Denver Tech area. The pool is well maintained and is a nice amenity. There are no pool towels provided and only one extra normal bath towel was available. The overall property is good. The furniture needs to be improved as it is both worn and somewhat dirty in the living room. Any couch that replaces the existing one should accommodate an individual being able to sleep on it or on a fold-out device it contains. A complete set of glasses in a couple of sizes would be appreciated. The covered parking space is nice, however, it is not well marked to minimize confusion on where to exactly park. The host was responsive, acknowledged issues, and did what they could during our stay. The listing should ensure that people know you must have your own streaming accounts to access any video content through the television provided. The owner/hosts appear committed to fixing the issues identified and I would stay there again with those being accomplished.

Had everything we needed!

Really clean place. Loved the location right outside the city. Kitchen stocked with plenty dishes and silverware, and spacious fridge. Host responded to any messages almost immediately, extremely helpful!

This property & amenities were perfectly sized for our needs. Senior Citizens may be challenged by the 3rd Floor location, given no elevator.
