Sheridan is a charming, budget-friendly retreat that’s perfect for small groups or families looking for both relaxation and fun in Denver. Located just 15 minutes from downtown, 25 minutes from Red Rocks Amphitheater, and only four blocks from Sloan’s Lake Park, Sheridan offers a convenient home base with playful amenities and a private backyard. Cigarette/tobacco smoking outdoors only; no indoor smoking.
Inside, enjoy game time with a retro Pac-Man arcade machine or relax in front of the 50-inch Roku TV. Outside, the private fenced backyard invites you to unwind in the hot tub, grill your favorite meal, or gather around the outdoor dining area under the lights.

Relax after a day out with a movie on the Roku TV or challenge your group to high scores on the Pac-Man arcade.
The Kitchen
Fully equipped with modern appliances and stocked with cookware, dinnerware, and glassware.
