In a wooded park, in the middle of cork oaks and laurels-roses, in a small co-family property, 45 m2 duplex mini-villa, "feet in the water" at 30 meters from a small beach, 2 terraces in front of the sea. Accessible from the D568 towards the seaside.
2 km from shops (shopping center)

In R. C. the living room opens onto a terrace facing the Bay,
a sofa bed 140 cm daily, a table, 4 chairs, flat screen TV.
Wifi access on the terrace
Garden furniture with a table for 6 people, 4 armchairs, sunbathing, parasol, chaise-longue.

At the back of the room, the bathroom / WC (redone in 2017)

The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 hotplates, mini oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster.
The room on the 1st floor (2 beds of 90 cm) opens on a 2nd terrace-solarium with sight on the gulf.
Linen is not provided. Possibility of renting only at the time of booking.

Terrasse rdc, terrasse à l'étage devant la chambre, vue magnifique, vaisselle en abondance, machine à café, télé, radio, machine à laver : rien ne manque !

Vraiment les pieds dans l'eau !

Emplacement paradisiaque pour cette location très agréable avec climatisation dans chacune des deux pièces. On trouve toujours chaises ou transats au bord de l'eau. La location est très bien équipée, même si l'on peut regretter que les serviettes de toilettes (pourtant payantes !) soient trop petites. Merci à Valérie pour son accueil !

Tolles Häuschen direkt am Meer

Wir hatten eine wunderbare entspannte Zeit in dem kleinen Häuschen mit toller Terrasse und Dachterrasse und nur wenige Schritte zur Bucht. Dort kann man prima im Liegestuhl die Sonne genießen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und das Haus ist sauber und ruhig. Wir kommen gerne wieder =)
