This Arizona themed condo is located steps away from Lake LBJ! Included in your rental is a boat slip for use during your stay. The condo has 2 bedrooms, one on the main level with a king bed and a full bathroom. Upstairs is another bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom. The kitchen is spacious and has all the cookware and plates you need to have a meal! There is a patio and a balcony where you can enjoy a breathtaking, unobstructed view of Lake LBJ! You also have access to all the amenities of Rio Vista Resort such as a swimming pool (open March until the end of October), hot tub, and much more!

You will have the whole condo to yourself.

Rio Vista Resort staff is always available in person or by phone.

We are located in Kingsland, TX, less than a 5 minute drive to HEB grocery store. There are several great restaurants and bars close by too, both on and off the water.

There is parking for one car to the side of the condo. There is additional parking throughout the resort for additional cars and boat/jet ski trailers.

The listing indicated an "unobstructed view" of the lake from the balcony, but id say the condo was more than "steps from the lake" and while there was a view, it was a partial view obstructed by a building. It was comfortable but the stove top had two burners that did not work which made it difficult for cooking. We did really enjoy the hot which was clean. Overall a 4 out of 5.

Fun and Relaxing Weekend

Accommodating customer service. Allowed us to park our boat in an empty RV space. Condo was clean, great A/C and overall very comfortable and quiet. Very close proximity to many amenities and has private boat launch.

Customer Service

We had an ac issue our first night. The office staff apologized for the inconvenience and had it repaired within an hour and advised we should have called any hour day or night. Very responsive.
