The villa is located in the secure gated ' South Shores Resort' nestled against Lady Bay sand dunes and opposite Links Lady Bay Golf Course. With a beautiful boardwalk to the beach, park like open spaces and two resort style decked swimming pools all only metres away makes it the ideal holiday escape destination. Villa 47 is one of the largest and best located villas in the South Shores community.
Villa 47 features 3 bedrooms to comfortably sleep 8 people. All with queens sized beds and a double bunk + single bunk in the third room. Each bedroom has built-in-robes, heating and cooling vents.Please note that bed Linen is not supplied. Please bring your own linen or if you wish, linen can be ordered from a local supplier at an extra charge.
The spacious open living, kitchen and dining areas are located upstairs. Open the bi-fold doors and allow the sea breeze and country air in as you step out onto the deck to enjoy the panoramic views of the Lady Bay hills, horses and swimming pools. The kitchen, living and dining areas are all fully equipped with all new modern furniture, SMEG appliances, LCD TV, Stereo, IPOD dock & speaker.
Need some quiet time? Retreat to the sun-room which opens out to the lower deck. Have a nap on the day bed, relax reading a book or admire the views of the resort pool. Downstairs also boasts the ultimate rumpus room for young and old. With table tennis table, 2nd TV (+DVD/VCR), fold out sofa bed (for those unexpected visitors), bean bags, sports equipment and toys. What more could you want?
Villa 47 is complemented by smart modern decor and features two bathrooms (the master bedroom ensuite is complete with a luxury deep bath) and an additional toilet is located upstairs. There is even an outdoor shower to wash off the sand after a day at the beach!
