This two-story townhome in a marsh front duplex in WB is the best of both worlds. Beach is 8 min walk and SUP/kayak launch is one street over. Yet, it is nestled within a year-round neighborhood that is insulated from the hustle/bustle of the beach front scene.

This townhome is one side of a two-unit duplex. All parking and amenities are separate and private. The other side is owner occupied, which ensures the property is well maintained! There are two bedrooms, a full bath, a half bath, as well as an outdoor hot/cold shower.

If you have never visited Wrightsville Beach, you are in for a treat! National Geographic ranked Wrightsville Beach one of the 20 best surf towns in the world, a list that includes beaches in Hawaii, Brazil, California and Bali. You don't have to be a surfer to enjoy the small town, laid-back attitude. The town is made up of two islands, and it is literally surrounded by natural beauty. In addition to all things beach-related, enjoy coffee shops, surf shops, happy restaurants and bars, fishing piers, outdoor dining, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, boating, open ocean / channel swimming, fishing charters, long beach walks, nature preserves, and local history.

The marsh location offers wonderful shorebird viewing, gorgeous sunsets, and is an amazing place to watch a storm roll in, due to the expansive view.

We cater to people who love nature and the outdoors!

This location is not well suited to party hearty types, please look elsewhere 😎

This property is ideal for folks who need to work while in WB. There is a desk and ergonomic chair in the second bedroom which overlooks the marsh. The internet connection is high speed and reliable.

We provide a kitchen stocked with necessary cooking and eating utensils, bed linens, towels, beach towels, two beach chairs, beach cooler, and beach umbrella. So just bring yourself and prepare for enjoyment!

Perfect beach getaway

The location was a perfect distance for a short drive or walk to the beach. The rental provided beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, and beach towels to make it an easy, smooth sailing trip. I highly recommend staying here! The host was very helpful with notes about check in & check out.

Quiet, Cozy, Convenient and Ideal

This was our third stay and it was just as great as the first two times; once in the summer and another in the fall. The property is always very clean, quiet and well attended to. The owner is also very nice and expresses sincere interest in the quality of your stay. The property is convenient to everything and walkable to so much including the beach. For those who wish to SUP, there is a very convenient public access just a few houses away. We'll definitely be back!

Perfect home base for a beach week

This is a wonderful home and so perfectly located near the beach. It’s no more than a 10 min walk until your toes hit the sand! This is especially important on summer weekends when traffic and parking are impossible. The home is so comfortable inside and out. We loved having breakfast on the back deck overlooking the marsh. Check in/out were seamless. Great communication with owner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This is such a gem!!! It’s beautiful, quiet, and clean! The marsh views are fantastic!

This is my 3rd time staying at this property, and I can’t wait to stay again! The beds are so comfortable (one is a Sleep Number so you can definite what comfortable means to you). The sunset views over the marsh are beautiful. I enjoyed taking morning walks through the beautiful neighborhood before heading to the beach for the day. Extremely clean, and the owner is wonderful and very responsive to communication.

Beautiful Getaway

This is a gorgeous property in a beautiful setting within walking distance of the beach. Extremely clean. Host consistently showed tremendous hospitality! Comfortable beds. Instructions were clear and accurate. A lot of thought was put into ensuring guests have a wonderful stay.

Pretty Perfect

From booking to check-out, this was a very smooth and enjoyable experience. The unit is as pictured, amenities as described, and we found it to be adorably beachy; clean and simple while being nicely appointed. The view of the marsh is really gorgeous. The location is perfect if you like being more out of the fray but within easy walking distance of the beach. Sonya is a truly nice person to rent from. She happily provided recommendations and was responsive in the moment when we had a question about something during our stay. She even had a little snack basket waiting upon our arrival. A perfect touch for weary travelers after a long travel day. This is definitely a go-to rental when I have the chance to get back to Wrightsville Beach.

A Peaceful Retreat

This townhouse is described perfectly. It is such a quiet neighborhood yet so close to everything. Beach is within walking distance. Although small inside it has all you need, perfect for a couple. The views of the marsh and sunsets were beautiful. I would suggest more comfortable deck chairs especially for seniors. They were difficult to get in and out of. Otherwise a great escape!

Peaceful Marsh

We genuinely enjoyed our stay. It was exactly what my wife and I wanted with our 6 month old baby. We were able to put him down at night and continue our vacations on the back patio and overlook the marsh while watching the tide come in. The neighborhood is on the “loop” and was good for our morning walks. The beach is a short walk across the bridge. Heads up, I brought my kayak thinking I’d launch from the back yard but that wasn’t possible. Still, the marsh and the luxury of the home brought us much joy. We highly recommend this place!

Perfection..again!

This was our second stay and it was just as wonderful as the first. I am so thankful to have discovered this little gem. There is everything you need to settle in and become peaceful. Great location and very quiet. We will be back very often.

What a great place!

Communication with Sonya prior to check-in was great and the check-in/check-out process was super easy. Unit appeared newly redone and was absolutely spotless. Kitchen was well-stocked and we made use of the charcoal grill (with charcoal provided!) on several evenings. Central location on Harbor Island suited our needs perfectly. Great view of the marsh and western sky, as advertised. Would definitely stay here again.
