Sleeping up to eight guests across four generous bedrooms, this Mediterranean-inspired home sits within a small, secure complex and wraps everything a family needs around a fully fenced private courtyard built for long lunches and lazy afternoons. The large common grass area gives kids room to roam while adults unwind. Avoca Beach cafes and restaurants are a short, flat walk away, and Terrigal, the Central Coast`s dining and lifestyle hub is just three minutes by car. Bedroom configuration: Master bedroom contains a queen bed with built-ins. Bedroom 2 and 3 each contain a queen bed with built-ins. Bedroom 4 contains a tri-bunk (double base and single bunk), ideal for younger guests.

Bathrooms: Private ensuite to master bedroom, main bathroom with bath and shower, additional powder room downstairs convenient for guests and children.

On request Sea La Vie is a pet friendly property and while we love to have pets with us on holidays there are some conditions that apply to help respect and maintain the property. Pets are not permitted inside any of the bedrooms, or on any furniture or cushions. Max of 2 pets under 10kg each.
