Great Neighborhood

The neighborhood is amazing! The pool area is a well-maintained, clean property. The only thing that I did not like was the beds - not very comfortable.

Great place

The homes was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Minor issue was I couldn't figure out how to get the hot tub to work but we all had a wonderful time.

Great place to relax at the pool

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything we needed for a getaway to a nice warm client. Great layout and plenty of room. We spent most of our time outside on the lanai and in the pool which was perfect. We paid extra for the heat and it worked great. We could easily switch between heating the whole pool or ramping up the temperature in the hot tub only. We had an issue with the washer while we were there. A call to the management company had someone there the next day and he fixed it right up. Things do break and you can’t ask for a better response. The master bedroom bed is the only thing we’d recommend they change. It’s a king split to have 2 twins. One side is comfortable but the other is extra firm. We each tried sleeping on it and woke up sore the next day. We ended up purchasing a twin mattress topper at Walmart for the firm side and it made all the difference in the world.

Quiet, Clean Stay

The house is well maintained and clean. We enjoyed the open floor plan and decorative style. Check in and out process was very easy, and rental company staff were polite. Only downfall is that the hot tub can only be heated if the pool+hot tub are heated together, which takes a couple of days to heat. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the house and the quiet neighborhood.
