In the warmer months, experience hiking, biking, kayaking, parks, and other exciting activities by day, then settle into your well-stocked, exquisitely decorated Moab vacation property at night with its open floorplan, community pool and spa, and comfortable entertaining and sleeping accommodations. In the colder months enjoy lower rates and less crowds with cross-country and backcountry skiing, winter hiking, winter biking, and shopping just a short distance away!

Perfect vacation rental!

Property manager was very communicative and accommodating! Residence was very clean and comfortable and accommodated our girls trip of 6 women extremely well. Great location to visit the National Parks! Would definitely stay there again!

Excellent location to town, property was spotless, very spacious. Communication was good with property management. We had to extend our stay an extra day and they were very helpful doing this. Will stay again!

Wonderful family accommodations

Our family included 6 kids and 5 adults and the ample living, kitchen and bedroom space was more than we expected. Having the pool just a couple steps away was very nice and the host and manager was personally in contact with us throughout our stay to ensure all was well and good. We will certainly think of this rental community first when we plan our next Moab trip.

Great location...we could shuttle up to all the big mtb rides and ride right back to the townhouse. Clean unit, excellent communication from the staff.

Extraordinary cleanliness, great location, wonderful stay

Communications leading up to the stay were great. Check-in was simple and straightforward. The unit was well maintained and amazingly clean. MIT worked perfectly foe 2 adult couples and 2 single adults but would work just as well for families with younger children. Would definitely stay there again if I needed that much space.

Excellent Stay in Moab

This was our second stay at an empty spaces rental and I'm always so impressed at how well kept their properties are. Everything is extremely clean and well stocked. The location of this complex is off the main drag, but close to everything, and we enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of biking and hiking. We will definitely be back again!

Perfect location

The home is mire soavious than the pictures. LOTS of extras. Clise to parks, pool and other moab attractions. Everything was perfect.

Amazing

I booked this condo for a writing retreat for myself and four others. It was cool, welcoming, clean and so beautiful. Every last one of us was so impressed with the amenities and comfort. We can't say enough good things. It was perfect for what we needed and not only would we stay there again, I'm trying to actively think of ways to get back there ASAP. LOL.

Great spot in Moab!

Such a great place to stay! The location is awesome - very close to town and Arches National Park, and a quick drive to Canyonlands National Park. The condo is super well stocked with everything you could ever possibly need - and ample amounts of everything as well. Our family of four was very cozy staying here and would certainly rent again. A few things in the condo are a bit run down and ready for a refresh, but it did not affect our stay at all. The complex got really full over the weekend with loads of ATVs and many large flatbed trucks, so it was a bit loud and hectic. Quiet hours were closely observed though and the weekdays were very peaceful.

Moab biking and hiking weekend

This unit is very nice and well appointed. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of glasses and plates, etc. the furnishings are nice and appropriate for the house and the use. The two car garage was a great feature. The pool gate on the north side of the pool area needs to be repaired because one number doesn't work. We thought the code they gave us was wrong but we had to walk around to the other gate. The only thing the owner could do to improve the unit would be to upgrade the mattresses and pillows - at least in the master bedroom. I would still stay here again for sure. Thanks!!

"Unknown" (known) Power Outage/ Pool Party

What started as a lovely stay in Moab with great communication, turned into quite a horrible stay. We stayed two nights and on the second night, we had a blackout power outage from 10pm-7:30am. Even though the ESVRM website offers "24/7 service", that is false. So I had to google the local power company (obviously not from Moab) and ask what is going on. My husband and father both use CPAP machines and no one slept! They first said that it would be restored at 4am and then I called again at 4:15am and they said that this was a 'scheduled power outage for maintenance' that everyone knew about. Power did not come on until 7:30am. We asked another renter next door and they knew about it. How reckless to not be told by the property manager about a power outage. We stocked up on groceries for the next four days of traveling and didn't sleep a wink. Not only did I request to speak to management for over 24 hours now, the staff wrote saying that they forgot to send the message about the power outage to us. Also, seems like no one abides by the pool rules or quiet hours, so if you're looking for a good night sleep, don't rent here.

Excellent Property

We were a group of two families with 4 adults and 3 children (11, 11 and 13). The house is well decorated, very clean and provided comfortable furniture for both relaxing and sleeping. There is also ample parking for up to 4 vehicles (2 car garage + 2 driveway spots). We had two cars, a RZR and trailer all of which we were able to fit at the property. The back patio overlooks a park with several trees which in my opinion is one of the best patio views in the development. Communication with the rental management agency was very clear and made that part of the experience effortless. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

The house was super clean and comfortable. Perfect for our group. We had one issue but the property manger was on top of it and gave us the attention we needed quickly. Definitely will stay again in the future.
