Breathtaking Oceanfront Home with Pool.

Three Bedroom home, with 4 baths, overlooking the ocean. View the horizon at sunrise and sunset from everywhere. Gorgeous moon views and reflections on the ocean at night.

This fabulous New Seabury oceanfront location has mesmerizing ocean views extending from Martha's Vineyard to Osterville and Hyannis. There is nothing like listening to the sounds of the ocean and gazing out to nature's beauty watching the boats pass by while soaking up the sun, sea breeze and the ocean salt air. Just five minutes to Nantucket Sound ocean sandy beaches and within a short distance to golf course, clubhouse, beach club/cabana and Popponesset Marketplace.

The property has four full bathrooms. There are two full bathrooms on the second floor for each of the bedroom suites. One more full bathroom on the first floor. Another full bathroom outside for the pool.

The master has a king size bed and each of the other two bedrooms have two queen size beds in each for a total of five beds, 1 king and 4 queens.

Enjoy your own private heated pool and sun deck overlooking the ocean. In addition this property has a balcony on the 2nd floor with vast ocean views.

This property is setup for a Saturday to Saturday rental during peak summer season.

Pool is open late May through October. Pool can be heated for an additional fee.

We enjoyed our stay! The property and views are beautiful, and it was an easy walk to coffee/ice cream/restaurants/mini golf. The rocks around pool area are killer- must wear shoes!! Would definitely stay again!

Great place along with a great host! My family and I really enjoyed this property. Location worked out well for us and Shawn was very helpful in any questions we had. You cannot beat the view! House is aged but well kept and very clean upon check in. We would stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this home! From the moment we walked in, the cleanliness stood out—everything was spotless and so well-kept. The house is incredibly spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax, and the layout made it easy to enjoy time together while still having our own space.The views are simply breathtaking—whether we were sipping coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening, the scenery never got old. On top of that, the home’s retro style was such a fun and unique touch. Stunning oceanfront view does not disappoint! A highlight was sitting outside drinking our morning coffee overlooking the beautiful Nantucket sound. The sound of the waves gently skimming the cliffs was relaxing and soothing. A short drive to the local beach was a pleasant afternoon which was capped off by a refreshing dip in the pool. Shaun was very accommodating and easy to work with. While gazing out the large windows, we fantasized about the redecorating ideas that we had to bring the interior up to House Beautiful standards. However, this pastime only added to our enjoyment of this exceptional property.

Beautiful view

Fantastic view of the ocean and quite private. Although the house is on the ocean, there is no beach access. Public beaches are close. There is a small pool which was nice. The house is aging nicely, very large, and quite comfortable. The neighborhood is lovely. Kitchen was a little funky, with the refrigerator in the dining room. Otherwise, great accommodations and also pet friendly. Staff (Shawn) was great.

Great stay on lower Cape

We wanted to stay between Hyannis - Falmouth and have a beachfront/oceanview house. This house fit the bill. New Seabury is definitely an upscale area and has a nice neighborhood feel to it with the Marketplace and Popponesset Inn is short walking distance. 3 large bedrooms with 4 separate entertaining areas allowed us to spread out and relax. The kitchen is well appointed (with the noted oddity of having the main refrigerator in the dining room) and a Weber grill outside, so we had all we needed for a surf-n-turf night including lobster crackers and pickers. Enjoying my morning coffee sitting by the pool and watching the sunrise was probably my favorite feature of the house, but there's lots to enjoy.

We had a great time - the house was just as promised - fabulous views and great house with lots of room. Pool was fantastic and the neighborhood is lovely. Easy access to Cape attractions.

Awesome Time - unreal locations and solid house

The pool and deck are incredible. Unreal view and feel hanging outside the house. We had great cornhole games poolside. The house is very roomy for a 3 bedroom and the furniture, beds and whatnot are excellent. The house is a bit dated in terms of kitchen, tile, lighting, but none of this matters much. It was very clean and worked out excellent. Location is great. 5 min drive to the public beach (you need to get a sticker, but the process was easy). John's pond is a great spot to mix up a day as well. You can walk to the marketplace and a breakfast shop. We would def go back.

Great views!

Excellent time the house was more than large enough for our family. My grandchildren especially loved the pool. The adults loved sitting on the deck in the morning looking out at the ocean while having coffee. Shawn was a very accommodating landlord, highly recommend this property.

Great pool and views!

Family had a great week! Neighborhood was beautiful, pool great and views amazing. Agree with other review, stones around the pool grounds painful…more than 1 person cut their foot, flip flops a must! Also kitchen wasn’t stocked as well as I have experienced (pots, pans) and I wouldn’t use the main fridge but the fridge in the dining area. The one in the kitchen seemed to not stay cool. Connected with the owner on a couple questions. He was responsive and helped resolve the issue. Definitely check out Mashpee Commons as well as the neighborhood shops/restaurant/mini golf.

Beautiful Ocean View Home

Beautiful spacious home with ocean views. No walking access to beaches. The finish around the pool is pea stone which was painful on bare feet. Overall good experience but expected excellence for the rental cost.

Great house! Great neighborhood!

For starters, this was the cleanest house we’ve ever rented. There are tons of huge windows, overlooking 180 degree water view. Great pool, great neighborhood for walking/running/biking. The restaurant Bleu, 12 min away, is the best we’ve been to in months; had to eat there a second time.

A place to relax and enjoy!

Absolutely enjoyed ourselves at the house, the environment was so relaxing and welcoming! The view was incredible with some of the best sunrises and sunsets! The children have already asked to go back! I would recommend this stay over and over!

More than adequate!

The house was beautifully located and more than adequate. Some minor improvements could add to make it perfect. Master suite could use a television and outside area could use a table and umbrella seating. Shawn was a pleasure to deal with...always responsive in a timely manner.( Pool needs some repair but I think he is already aware of this)

Gorgeous home with amazing views on Nantucket Sound!

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at "Bella Vista". Just what we needed before school starts. Kids loved the HEATED pool! Great owners who are polite, informative and very responsive. Highly recommend this beautiul breathtaking property!

Great property

We stayed here with my parents for a little getaway to wrap up the summer. The photos are very accurate. Loved the location, home, and communication with the owner. Expensive, but will hopefully stay again!
