Enjoy a relaxing cup of coffee on your private 11th floor balcony and walks on the sand! With full direct access to the beach, pool area, outside grilling, tennis court, coffee bar and piano lounge, your home away from home has all comforts and accommodations for a relaxing couples retreat or a fun family vacation!

Our Condominium has it it all for a private comfy stay for one to two couples or a small family. With a private bedroom that boasts a King bed and a living area with a Queen pullout sofa, make yourself at home while relaxing to the sounds of the ocean from the balcony. Kitchen is recently remodeled and ready for some home cooking. Walking into the apartment, you are welcomed with the views from the 11th floor balcony, truly a view that can't be beat! If you are looking for a nice beach getaway to clear your mind, this condominium has all you need.

Accurately advertised my family and I enjoyed the stay. Two recommendations 1. More toilet paper 2. More towels. Outside of that it was a great time and would rent the condo again.

I understood from the listing that we would be ON the beach, not across the busy highway. The view from the room was wonderful. Sitting on the balcony, listening to the beach sounds was awesome. One problem was only two wash cloths for two people for two nights. The door lock was a problem, but we were able to lock it from the inside.

This room offered sheets for the pull out, it had none, the front desk didn’t either. We had to buy our own. The floor and the shower were very dirty. The lock on the door was very difficult to operate

Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention. The shower curtain has been replaced, and the issue with the shower head has been repaired. We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the broken toaster and the oversight with the pan left in the oven, this does not reflect our usual standards of cleanliness and preparation. It was a nice condo. Great view from the 11th floor. The Bed had a very soft mattress that sunk in the middle. Beware you will get charged a lot for parking. It said 15 dollars. We were there from 4pm to 9am the next day and had to pay 38 dollars for parking. There had been a fire in one of the condos a while back and the elevators smelled like smoke still. Not the condo itself though.

Beach view was ok didn't like being above Seawall Blvd. the room was clean. The master bed had a caved in mattress it wasn't sleepable. There was no kitchen tools, can opener, bottle opener., no salt. The TV was very difficult to operate.

We’re glad to hear you found the unit clean, and we appreciate you bringing these items to our attention. The master bed has since been replaced to ensure a much more comfortable stay for future guests. Regarding the kitchen, we do provide the basic essentials, and we’re not sure how our team missed those items during preparation, but we have now restocked everything that was needed. We also understand your frustration with the TV, and we’ve upgraded it to a new smart TV to make it much easier to use. Great value with specatular views

We took a quick trip to Galveston last minute over spring break and got lucky this property was still available. Although my husband is scared of heights we really enjoyed the view. The place was cozy and clean. Down sides to our stay: there was major construction at the property so the banging started earlier than we’d like for a vacation. Also the outside of the building torn apart from all the construction. Lastly, I would recommend this place if you have more than two people bc the pull out coach bed was really old so you can feel the bar in your back. The owners were great and offered recommendations upon check in and communicated instructions clearly.
