A very nice clean apartment. Well furnished and a very helpful and polite host. No noise from neighbours. A lovely veranda for sunrises and a pool to chill in the afternoon.

Well appointed condo, comfortable beds, lovely space, great balcony. Kitchen had everything needed including a blender. I felt very much at home in this space.

We felt right at home

Quiet and secure, this property is easy walking distance to the beach. A large outside deck offers a partial view of the ocean and the sound of calming waves. Complex has nice outdoor pool with ample lounging area. Washer and dryer in the unit and an indoor garage stall made our month-long stay more convenient. We wouldn't hesitate booking this condo again.

What an awesome place to spend the month in South Padre Island

We've been coming to the island for many years now and this was our best accommodations we've experienced for our likes and needs! The location is great given across the street from the beach, the balcony has a great view and it's on the end of gulf boulevard so much of the traffic turns off before then. The condo has a lot of space, two bedrooms and two baths, very clean and modernized. Our host was really responsive, and we honestly had no issues that needed to be addressed with check-in, our stay and checkout. We will definitely be back to stay there in the future!

Great host and condo

Saul’s condo is beautiful and clean. It is exactly as shown on pictures. Saul is an awesome host, keeping us informed on important things. When we contacted him for an issue, on a Sunday, he immediately sent a person to resolve the issue! I hope to be able to rent from him again!

Great Value Quite & Comfy

Condo was very modern & comfortable, a great value. We enjoyed the pool, was great they had a 2 car garage. Elevator was a great asset, moved our stuff all in 1 trip. View of the ocean was nice from the big outside patio. We also loved the location, at the end of Gulf Blvd, it was always an easy ride home, very little traffic. Always looked forward to going home after work to enjoy the Condo we stayed 55 days, and definitely would stay again. Had our own washer & Dryer, wine cooler, Keurig, and every other necessary appliance. We've stayed many places on the Island, and we felt more comfortable and safe here, than any other place we stayed in the last 22 years. Enjoy!!
