Beautiful condo with all the comforts of home! Beach is clean, well monitored, and serene. Very enjoyable stay. Hosts are very charming, and make sure you have a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend to rent here!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! The location was perfect—close to both the parking lot and beach access. The condo was clean, well-organized, beautifully decorated, and smelled amazing when we arrived. Mario and Toni were excellent hosts— communicative throughout our stay and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

The property is located within a minute walk to the beach. The condo showed to be recently updated with nice beach decor. The kitchen area was very nice with new cabinets and appliances. It was clean and very well maintained. The hosts have obviously stayed busy keeping this property in excellent condition. We have stayed at other Tiki properties but this one particular condo was by far the best. No outside noise was heard and we were able to park directly in front of the building. Of course the location of this property is ideal as it is close to Clayton’s and the pier. The accessible beach area was always clean. We will definitely return in future visits.

This was the cutest little place to stay on Padre. We were right next to the beach and several restaurants. The unit was very clean and well stocked for our stay. The owner Tomi was very helpful and accommodating to all our questions and needs. Will definitely be staying here again.
