This is Florida Great rental for families or larger groups.

The private Home features two separate entrances. The main house has three bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen, a large living room, and a Billiard table. The Guest House B has one bedroom, bathroom, full kitchen, and living room with dining table.
Laundry, Pool area with Tiki Hub, 2 BBQ grills, plenty of lounge chairs, and outdoor tables on the waterway.

Quiet family neighborhood.

The dock is available for boats 23 Ft. (a fee of $ 300 applies, and we require boat insurance)

It is centrally located two blocks from the beach and 5 minutes from the entertainment area of Lauderdale by the Sea. Twenty minutes from the airport, getting to golf, fishing, shopping, casinos, and nightlife is easy.

Great place and location

The home was a little quirky, but very comfortable for 7 people. Very near the beach and on the intercosastal. We enjoyed our stay.

Girls Trip

The house and location was perfect for our annual girls trip. It was clean with plenty of room for everyone, the outdoor space was great. It was a quick walk to the beach and to the square.

Nice Stay in Lauderdale by the Sea

Prior to arrival communication was good and everything met expectations. The unit was clean and the location was convenient to the beach, dining and various other activities. Highly recommend and plan to return.

Location

The location of this property is unbelievable. We have been visiting Lauderdale by the Sea for 30 years between Christmas and New Year’s. Less than a 5 minute walk to beach and square. The property was very clean and the pool area was incredible. The house has just about everything you would need and if not Walgreens (and Walgreens Liquor) is a couple minute walk We would sit out by the pool every morning and have coffee! Spend the day at the pool and/or beach then walk to the square nightly for dinner and drinks Thanks again for a great holiday family getaway!

Perfect Property!

The backyard at this house is amazing. The pool is large and heated. There is plenty of comfortable seating throughout the backyard. The view of the intercoastal is so peaceful. The dock in the back is perfect for a cup of coffee or fishing. My son caught a few cool fish back there. The house itself was extremely clean and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need. The furniture and beds are comfortable and water pressure in the showers was great. The house is a 5 minute walk to the beach and 7 minute walk to the main shops and restaurants in town. We have been using VRBO for several years and Sabrina is by far the most responsive host. She's very easy to work with and we had a great stay at this house.

Great location, premises in decline

Host is very nice and communicates great but is not the owner. She is in a difficult position trying to put lipstick on a pig for the owner. The owner is allowing the premises to deteriorate. While listing is factually correct, you won’t know about the “dumpiness” of the place until you arrive. Old broken pool light hanging by wire outside of pool on pool deck, gutters falling off building and not maintained, water leak from rain and morning dew on roof frequently leaving kitchen floor wet to walk in, kitchen sink sprayer stuck in annoying spray position which splatters you with water every time you turn it on, cracked bedroom window and plenty more just all add up to take away from the appeal. We still had a great vacation because of the location and the pool is decent being well heated and water quality maintained. It is a place to sleep, bathe and hopefully have a great time together with space for lots of loved ones, but it is not like a 5 star resort. 4 star rating for overall experience but 3 stars is a stretch for the condition of the living spaces.

Thank you Alam for your stay. Here are answers to your review: the pool light was off from the pool because we were waiting to repair it. We couldn't have the client enjoying the pool and doing repairs. The wire does not have power. that's why we have the solar light inside the pool. We do not have leaks roof but the water is coming out from inside the column in the living room. The plumber waited when the unit was empty to repair the leaks. We did not want to cancel on you last minute. We did not know the sink sprayer was stuck, maybe could have repaired it if you had told us. Great property

This was a very nice place! The pool area was amazing!! I loved the 2 grills, and my view of the water was awesome while I was cooking. Great amount of space, and although it’s a little run down, it’s very functional.

Great location

All in all the house was in the perfect location. The pictures on the internet are outdated and they show the house as being bigger. We did have a bug issue (either cockroaches or palmetto bugs) but dealt with that. A little TLC (both inside and outside) and this place would be an ideal place for a large family like ours. Would not mind renting this property again in the future if some upgrading were to be done.

I am sorry if you were disappointed with our property. We took the pictures a few months ago. Also, if you read the listing, you could see the square footage of the house. It was not reported to me that you had palmetto bug issues. However, the house was spray before your arrival. We have pest control service monthly. Sorry, this is Florida, and it could happen to find palmetto bugs, expecially if the doors will be left open. Thank you for your stay Sabrina

Lovely place, extended our stay !!

We stayed in the whole house with our family and extended our stay to just the 3 bedroom right after, this place is so nice! We like the beach style and its very comfortable, and clean and the outside is fantastic. All of us enjoyed it very much and will be here soon again ! The kitchen has a lot of pots and pans. AC was working perfectly and new impact windows was a plus. You won´t regret booking this house, even if you rent the whole place or just the 3 bdr !!

Very nice house and location !

We stayed in this house with our three teenagers and a couple of seniors and everybody LOVED this place ! The location is so good, close to the beach and in a great neighbourhood, very nice people here ! The house can be rented as a duplex but was great for us so our older parents could have their own space ! Its a very clean place and the kitchen is well equipped with everything. The bedrooms has good sizes and the beds are very comfortable and the AC was perfect for these hot days ! There is a billiard table that was very popular by the teenagers and the pool and all the outside space is a big very nice area ! We recommend this place to all large groups of friends or family, we will definately rent again ! The manager Sabrina is a very person and so fast in answering all questions we had ! Thanks !

Great location

Great family friendly property! The kids really enjoyed the pool and fishing. The adults enjoyed lounging around the pool and fishing too. Nice walk to the pier (more fishing). The beach was beautiful and the water wonderful. Would definitely stay again.
