About this property

Secluded cabin with wooded views, hot tub, fireplace, and access to the community pool

Tucked away in the woods on the Brother’s Cove Resort, this cozy three-level 2-bedroom, 2.5 bath cabin can accommodate 6 guests, making it ideal for families.

PLEASE NOTE – due to the remote, albeit beautiful location of the home, WI-FI is not available at this time.

The cabin’s open-plan living area is perfect for gathering together as a group at the end of a busy day exploring the Great Smoky Mountains. Cooks will delight in creating inventive dishes in the well-equipped kitchen, with its granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, prep-island, and professional-grade cookware. Meals can be enjoyed in the dining area, with seating for five.

When you book your stay at this cabin, you receive free admission to popular Smoky Mountain attractions with Xplorie. This program entitles our guests to one free adult admission ticket, per night stay, to attractions like WonderWorks, Rowdy Bear Coaster, and more.

The living room is located just off the kitchen, and comes replete with a comfortable sleeper sofa and chair, as well as a stone-stacked wood-burning fireplace and flat-screen TV. Access to the deck with hot tub, gas grill, and outdoor furniture is located off the living area. There is also a half-bath and laundry room on this floor.

Guests can get some rest in one of two-comfortable bedrooms. The primary-suite is located on the third level. It features a queen-sized bed, flat-screen TV, an en-suite bath with stall shower, and access to a private deck with outdoor seating. The second bedroom is located on the lower level, and has a queen-sized bed, an en-suite bath with shower and jetted tub, as well as its own flat-screen TV. There is additional sleeping space available in the living room's sleeper sofa.

Guests staying at Dancing Dragonfly have access to the community pool.

House nestled in the mountain
This home suited all our needs. The views are breathtaking cup of coffee in the morning. Every one was comfortable. We all enjoyed the hot tub on the covered porch. This was a beautiful house that made us feel very comfortable away from home. I would definitely rebook a stay here!!!

Good location
Overall this was a decent cabin. Good location being not far from attractions. Wish there was some more furniture in the living room to enjoy a day at the cabin. Also the only tv that worked was the living room. If you are staying for a couple of days it is great but being there for a whole week is a little much. Overall though it wasn't bad and we saw some good wildlife in the area.

Not For Those With High Cleanliness Standards
The pictures online gave us high hopes for this place. It looked clean. Well put together and maintained. It had a late check in of 5 p.m. A early check out of 9 a.m. With the purpose of giving their staff enough time to throughly clean due to covid and EXTRA precautions. We decided it was worth it. Based off the fact that I do have high cleanliness factors. Check in was a breeze, as they provided gate code and lock code to enter cabin in a email. Cabins are spaced well apart. However, entering the cabin, there was a strong musty smell. Especially downstairs in the room designed to be the master. So much we decided to stay upstairs in the smaller room. There were dirty dish rags left in the livingroom area chair. Furniture was broken. Dirty. The kitchen didn't look as well put together as it did in photos. Areas with unfinished painting. Cob webs everywhere. I'm not talking about the ones in areas hard to reach. These were in places that would be in your face and in areas that should be cleaned on the regular. You can't miss them. Windows were gross. The most frustration was probably with the air conditioner upstairs. It was warm on arrival. When we turned the air on, not only did it seem it wasn't putting out air, it was filthy. There was mold in the vent area. The filter was so dirty it couldn't pull in air. Spent the first hour cleaning and straightening. We were definitely upset with the cleanliness of the cabin. Its disappointing, because it has so much potential to be a 4.5 - 5 star cabin. Unfortunately they dropped the ball here.
