2026 will be our 7th year hosting guests in our 2 bed/2 bath condo. It's family friendly, always updated, with plenty of space for a comfortable stay for up to 6 people.
We’re on the “Beach block” and that means it’s just steps to the beach, no roads to cross, ideal for small children. And the ocean views don’t get much better than from the private balcony! There’s a table for 4 just waiting for you to enjoy coffee/sunrise, evening cocktails, or any meal of the day, just watching the waves.
This 2b/2b condo has it all for an enjoyable and relaxing vacation. Sleeps 6 comfortably, with a queen SS in the living room. 50” flat screen Smart TV, table/chairs for 6, washer/dryer in unit, fully equipped kitchen and plenty of dine out/take out, from all around OC. Central air, outdoor pool, WiFi, 2 elevators and 2 off-street parking spaces. We offer a contactless entry via a coded lock, so no worries about key exchanges, lost keys or having to take them with you!

Bed linens and towels upon request at an additional cost. These packages must be reserved at least 2 weeks in advance of your stay due to changes in our vendors policy, and must be paid in advance. Please ask about package pricing if interested.

Great family stay

The condo is lovely and a perfect stay for our family of 4. The furnishings are updated and comfortable, the place was squeaky clean, and John (owner) was very helpful through the whole process. The view is fabulous too :)

Clean condo with proximity to the beach

This condo is in a great location with a short walk to the beach. We liked that we could go to the beach or use the pool. The pool was a little cloudy and needed some attention, but that is not anything under the control of the condo owners. The condo was nice and spacious, with plenty of light coming in. We liked the fact that it had laundry and we could wash some clothes and towels there instead of waiting until returning home. WiFi was available and the speeds were good. The description of the condo states that it is newly renovated. It is partially a true statement. A new floor was installed and there was fresh paint. The kitchen is older and so are the bathrooms. It was still nice and clean, just pointing out some accuracies.

I appreciate your review and your kind words about our place, but would like to point out that the description of our condo as written, is 100% accurate. Of course I’d like to have it meet and exceed your expectations, as I do for all of my guests. However, the amenities listed, the pictures and their descriptions, and any renovations and updates that are described, are an authentic representation of the condos features and living space. We appreciate you staying at our place and hope to see you again at the beach!

Breath taking view, family friendly

The condo was great 👍🏼. Very clean, comfortable space for a for a family of 6, the owner was very accessible though the Verbo chat, and the view that over looks the ocean is breath taking. It was a great stay!

Great location for a family vacation. Perfect that there were no major highways to cross. Accommodations were very nice too. John was quite the host also. Responded in a very timely manner to all of my questions.

Awesome Condo with amazing view

The pics for this condo do not do it justice. The instant you step in, the views grab you. The balcony is very private and perfectly positioned to enjoy that view for coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. The condo itself is a nice size with lots of room to move and sleep. It's clean with a beachy vibe and a nicely equipped kitchen. The owner is almost immediately responsive to any and all questions or issues. The elevators all worked and were quick even up to the 8th floor. Good family atmosphere with very little noise in or around the complex. The grounds and the beach were both very clean. The walk to the beach was a short beach block with no roads to cross (huge plus).Would recommend to anyone to rent and will definitely be returning ourselves.

Relaxing Getaway at the Beach

Condo was very clean and comfortable. The location and the view were ideal. The owner was very responsive and provided all information needed. It was nice to be there in the off-season; it was quiet and easy to get to and from places.

Beautiful condo!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family. Beautifully decorated and convenient to many restaurants. Very short walk to the beach. Just easy to relax and enjoy ourselves. John was quick to respond to my questions and minor problems-less than 30 minute response time! We will definitely rent here again!

There’s so much to do in OCMD, but you could just relax on the balcony for your entire stay and leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.
