Welcome to Coastline Journey! Boasting a perfectly designed floor plan with over 3,000 square feet (plus 600 square feet of additional decks and balconies), your family will have plenty of space to spread out and be comfortable!

Your reservation comes with $650 of property protection insurance to cover any incidentals that may occur during your stay!

Additional Details:

Pool Heating available upon request for an additional fee of $300 + tax. The golf cart will be fully charged and ready for you when you arrive. Each home comes supplied with 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish pod, 1 trash bag per trash can in bathroom and kitchen.

Things to bring: beach towels, beach items (chairs/toys/umbrellas/coolers), laundry detergent, extra toilet paper and paper towels, shampoo and body wash, extra trash bags, dishwasher detergent pods. You might also want to bring extra blankets during the cooler months as we do not provide them.

PET POLICY: This home is pet-friendly, up to 30lb in size, but all pets must be approved and are subject to a pet fee of $150 per pet. Please request approval before booking.

*Weddings are not permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, you will be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and additional rentals fines.

Along with the home's property, you will have access to a private, deeded beach access point dedicated to our community as well as a community pool (if desired). No worries about losing keys during your stay, as this home is accessed via a coded keypad at its main entryway.

This home is well-appointed in coastal décor and boasts all the creature comforts for your loved ones, to include a private saltwater pool, complimentary golf cart, and private beach access! If you are looking to provide memories with your family that will last forever, you have found the right place!

On the first floor, the kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and an open floor plan extending into the dining and living area that is perfect for entertaining! The living area has a 60 inch flat screen TV with copious seating. You will also find two master bedrooms on the first floor complete with king beds, flat screen TVs, and private bathrooms. Located in the backyard of the home is your own private pool (heating optional) with a deep end swim out bench, sun bathing area, propane grill, and outdoor games to keep the kids happy so you can relax!

The second floor features 4 king bedrooms with flat screen TVs and each with their own private bathrooms.

The third floor features 2 built in queen over queen bunk beds, a bonus game room, and full bathroom for the kids to take baths before bedtime! Below are the details for each room and floor:

Coastline Journey will have five (5) dedicated parking spaces. Parking on the street is not permitted within Villas of Frangista, so please be cognizant of this when planning your trip and number of cars in your party. Your home will have a complimentary six-passenger golf cart that makes traveling to and from the beach, grocery, and even restaurants very convenient! One thing's for certain, the cart will quickly become your favorite way to get around during your vacation!!
