This quintessential Popponesset Beach Cottage is just two short blocks from a private beach. Enjoy summer the way it used to be in this knotty pine 3 bedroom/1 bath with hot/cold outdoor shower, screened-in porch, and private back yard.

Popponesset offers the Cape's best family and child-oriented amenities such as shops and entertainment, mini-golf and a very active community center, and it is home to the renown Popponesset Inn, New Seabury Country Club and Raw Bar. Cottage amenities include washer/dryer, gas grill, A/C, microwave, toaster, TV/DVD, Premium Cable, and hi-speed wireless internet. Sleeps 5-6. No smoking/pets.

Property was clean with access to the beach as described. Great location with access to shops, grocery stores and shopping nearby, but quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive, especially when I thought I accidentally left my laptop behind. Thankfully I did not, but they responded very quickly to my messages.

Wonderful week in Poppy

Stayed with my husband and two children (ages 18 and 22) and had a fantastic time! This is our second time staying at this cottage and everything was perfect once again. Cozy cottage with everything we needed and a short walk to the beach and marketplace. Will definitely stay here again!

Heaven

We needed rest after 3 years of no vacation. This home hit the spot. Not the luxury hotel - it was HOME. You could feel the peace the minute you walked in the door. There was life here. Not cold clammy sterile - home. The neighborhood quiet - people friendly - we found REST. Can't say enough about it. Grateful.

Great time at the beach!

We had a wonderful time on this trip. Cottage was a short walk to the beach. Plenty of room inside and out. Very responsive hosts. Already thinking about next summer’s return trip to Poppy!!

Beautiful Beach Get Together

The cottage gave my sons & I a chance to slow down and enjoy time together. Through Covid we were separated - a week at the beach doing nothing was fun. There are great opportunities to walk, shop, dinner, & the beach is beautiful. The cottage was comfortable, had all the amenities & worked for us to enjoy.

Charming Cape Cod Stay

We had a wonderful time in Cape Cod and having this charming cottage as a place to call home was definitely a huge factor. The house was very clean and comfortable for me, my husband, our daughter and son. The fans in each room were great and let us enjoy the fresh air. The kitchen, living room, porch, and yard were also great. We would definitely recommend.

Amazing stay in Popponesset

Great week at this adorable little house. This was our first time in the cape cod Hamlet and we were very happy with it. Location was perfect, just a short 5 min walk to the beach. Weather and water were incredible for our family. Private neighborhood beach wasn’t crowded. Neighbors were very nice and friendly. Home provided beach chairs and beach cart, also provided boogie boards for the kids!! Outdoor shower was great after a sandy day at the beach. Took many bike rides to the marketplace nearby. Had everything we needed for a causal lunch, fancier dinner, mini golf, small grocery items (beer, wine, liquor), ice cream, sweets and an adorable toy store. Don’t forget your towels and linens. Home had all the necessities after that. WiFi was great for streaming music and tv and DVD player provided some nice relaxation after long days at the beach. Window fans along with additional table fans and black out shades in every room kept the house cool during the day and comfortable at night. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook with. We’ll be coming back for sure!! Thanks for the great stay.

A wonderful stay in Popponesset

Our family had a wonderful time in the lovely cottage. The location was as advertised, about 500 yards from the beach. The owner was very responsive because I discovered late that linen was not provided. This was the only setback, the rest was very nicely arranged.

Great Beach Cottage!

We had a great experience staying at this property for a wedding weekend. The house is in a fantastic location close to the beach and market place and is a very cute beach cottage with a Cape Cod feel! Easy check in and access to the house. Will definitely be staying here again!

Cozy Cottage

Great spot and awesome location for a family vacation. Walk to beach and marketplace daily. Cozy cottage reminded me of my childhood vacations. A bit musty, but honestly that's the cape for you. Loved the history/story of building that comes with the house. Clean otherwise- even during COVID season. The cottage had EVERYTHING needed for cooking including spices. Spent a lot of time on the screened in porch. Fast wifi for some family members who had to work :). Thank you!
