Exceptional Ski-in/Ski-Out at Breckenridge Peak 8.

Exceptional slopeslide true ski-in/ski-out location. (Summit County STR permit #BCA-72138)

SkiWatch Condominiums are located directly on the slopes of Breckenridge Resort Peak 8. Ski from the condo to the Peak 8 Base, the Rocky Mountain Superchair, or Colorado Superchair for a quick ride up the mountain. The ticket office and ski school are located about 75 yards away. Ski in for lunch, and back out to finish the day. Relax in the slopeside hot tub at the end of the day and watch the last folks ride up the chair.

Although guests are not allowed to have pets, owners are and we occasionally have our dogs in the unit. If you have pet allergies, our condo may not be the best option for you.

Ski Trip 2022 Happy New Year

My wife and I love skiing. We have 4 grandkids. They love skiing also. This was the perfect place to take the family. Very nice place to stay. You can't beat the location and the fact that you go out the back door from the ski locker room, put your equipment on and ski down to the lift's. It was just awesome !!!!

Best condo!

Con’s was fantastic and very clean. The two queen bed setup in each room works perfect for rental. Carpet was very plush and comfortable. Ruth was very responsive via text. Ski in/out was very convenient and in a perfect location right up from base of peek 8. You walk outside, put your gear on and ski down to the base 8, extremely convenient! Then you can ski right to the condo with ease from several trails. Not some backward walk to /from condo like I’ve had from other units. It also has ski locker gear by separate door that leads to outside and to the garage for getting your gear from garage to locker room without having to take to room. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location. We enjoyed just walking out to the slope and being able to ski to a lift. Place is a little outdated but cozy and had everything we needed. Host was great!

Great host, location, and amenities

Fantastic location, room, & host. Ruth was really responsive. Dehumidifiers really helped, wonderful to be right on the slope with the ski lockers steps away. Great having enough keys for kids, grandma, and parents - allowed everyone to come and go as ski skills/cold tolerance dictated. Great to have access to the lounge & bathroom on our last day. Building internet went out twice, board games came in handy! Thank you!

Wonderful Family Vacation!

We can’t say enough great things about our host or the property! We traveled with an infant and the location of this place was perfect for “switch offs”. It was very clean and had a cozy ski house vacation feel. We will be back!!

We just stayed for a family trip. The condo was a good size for our family of 4. Ruth was a great communicator, making sure we were up to speed with all the Covid requirements for the condo and all of Breck! This is ski in ski out, right off Peak 8. I will say Peak 8 side is a little more advanced that Peak 9, so keep that in mind. If you are a beginner skier, this may not be the best option. If you don't ski in, you have to walk up a hill and it's not convenient. If you are a good skier, you will have no trouble!

Thanksgiving 2020

Absolutely loved our stay at Ski Watch. Ruth was so helpful from the very beginning especially with informing us on all the COVID restrictions and tips for skiing during COVID. We did all our eating and cooking in the condo due to COVID and it was stocked for everything we could possibly need. The location can’t be beat! We’ve stayed in a lot of condos that claim to be ski in/ski out, but this one truly is making it very easy to come back to the condo for a quick lunch and then head back out to ski. We will definitely try to stay here again!

Could not be any better!

I have stayed at a handful of places between all the Vail resorts and this one is hands down the best! You are literally 100 yards uphill from the Peak 8 lodge and Breckconnect gondola. The condo is beautifully furnished and is even stocked with some grocery items (condiment, spices, and even some dry goods),which you dont get at other places! Ruth, the owner, is an absolute pleasure to her renters and works hard to ensure your stay is top notch. We rented last minute due to issues at another condo and Ruth went above and beyond for us to ensure the condo was ready. If you're looking for an extraordinary condo with an amazing owner, look no further, you've found it!

Ski out -Ski in

Property is truly slope side. Having the ski lockers was really nice. We sat slope side at end of day and enjoyed our cocktails while watching the skiers. Condo is as described. Perfect for four adults, but more than that would be a bit tight. We walked to the Grand Colorado on Peak 8 for bar and restaurant, and also to catch the free gondola down to Main Street. Otherwise, we drove or took Uber. A car is necessary for getting around. We had a great time. Conditions were awesome. Ruth was very easy to work with and contact. Responsive to all texts and emails. Would rent again. Not condo related, but go to the oxygen bar if you are feeling any altitude sickness. Really helpful and a relaxing atmosphere.

The location of this property is the best on Peak 8.. a true ski in and out property . Parking was ample and easy. Unit was we stocked for anything we needed . Owner was wonderful to work with ..

Fabulous ski-in/ski-out condo

This was our second stay at this condo and once again, it didn’t disappoint! Ruth is fabulous to work with. The condo has exactly what we needed. It was well stocked and you can’t beat the location. Our kids look forward to staying here each year. Can’t beat the hot tub looking out at peak 8! We would recommend this condo to our friends and family ❤️⛷

Incredible location, great roomy 2 bedroom condo

This condo was a great location for my mid may ski getaway with my 2 nephews. There was plenty of room and even though breck was only operating out of peak 7 for extended spring season (and not the main peak 8 which is right out the door from this condo) we were able to get on the lift with just a short 5 minute walk. We were able to ski back to the condo (after ducking a line). This is the best 2 bedroom condo layout I have ever experienced with 2 queen beds in each bedroom and 2 bathrooms in a split layout with the living room and kitchen in the middle and a large patio out back. We will definitely be back.

This was our first trip to Breckenridge and I really doubt we could have found a better place to stay. The condo was comfortable and conveniently located right on the slopes! The owner, Ruth, goes above and beyond to make certain your stay is enjoyable. I would highly recommend this condo!!

Skiers Dream

I recently stayed at Ruth’s condo with my two adult children for a four day ski vacation. I found everything as advertised. The unit was clean,comfortable, quiet, and literally a short ski down to two chairlifts at the base of peak 8. There is convenient indoor parking, and the building is very secure, entry only by key. There are two hot tubs available to help soothe those sore muscles after a day on the slopes. I wish we could have stayed longer. I found Mrs Gardner to be a very accommodating owner. I highly recommend renting this property.

Perfect condo for families that love to ski in AND out!

Our family of 8 stayed at this property (#328) and loved everything about it. True ski in and out with convenient ski lockers one floor below. Many kitchen condiment amenities that other condos clear out after each trip. Communication with the owner, Ruth Gardner, was also a plus. She is very responsive and truly cares about making your trip planning and experience a good one. We definitely recommend this unit and would book it again.
