About Lesli Unrein
We are Art and Lesli Unrein. Lesli grew up in Utah and spent a lot time boating at Lake Powell and camping in the various national parks. Art is orginally from Colorado and spent time climbing and hiking Colorado's 14ers. We both enjoy skiing, nordic and alpine, water skiing, hiking, biking, and traveling.
Lesli Unrein purchased this Condo in 2016
Why Lesli Unrein chose Saint George
Several years ago we decided to invest in a rental property where we could maybe retire, but where we could also spend time exploring and having fun with each other and our kids and grandchildren. Our kids are involved in soccer mountain biking and come to St. George often for tournaments and competitions. My daughter and I go to the Shakespeare Festival in Cedar City every summer, so now we stay here instead of at a hotel. And, since we live in Northern Utah, we thought it would be nice to get away from the cold once in a while during the winter. The reasons we chose this condo over the many we looked at were the balcony views, the ability to sleep a lot of people, and it's location--close enough to St. George, Snow Canyon, hiking and biking trails, but above the noise and bustle of the city and highways.
What makes this Condo unique
We love our balcony deck views. We watch the sunrise and sunset, relax with a book, and eat out there when it's not too hot. We enjoy gazing across the valley to Snow Canyon and the beautiful red and white sandstone mountains.

Extremely clean and inviting
Our family was extremely satisfied by the property. Beautiful views and great location nearby so many fun things to see and do.
We are glad you had a nice time. I really love the view from our deck, and we are close to lots of fun activities. Our housekeeper does a great job keeping the condo clean.
Beautiful, we loved every minute
We had a wonderful time at this property, We spent a lot of time at the multiple pools, a day at sand hollow and just enjoyed time bonding as a family, This property is well maintained and cared for and we look forward to coming back for a future vacation. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful place with us.
We're so glad you had fun. Sand Hollow is a fun place to cliff jump and swim in the lake--or boat if you have one. Paddle boarding is also easy to access off the beaches. Our cleaners take pride in keeping our condo clean and well-maintained. We try to fix any issues as soon as possible so our guests have a pleasant, stress-free stay.
We had a very enjoyable stay! This was our second time at this condo.
Our family really enjoyed the condo and the resort pools. We loved the beautiful view from the deck! Our grandson lost his wallet during our stay there. The condo owners family found the wallet and has gone out of their way to return it to us. We are so happy and appreciative. Very nice people!
Our family had a wonderful time at Las Palmas. We enjoyed attending a play at Tuachan, bike riding on the trails close by and hiking. The swimming pool was perfect for our family. Enjoyed looking out over St. George from the balcony of the condo. I loved how clean and kept up the condo was. Lots of little things that made you feel welcome.
Thanks for a great week end.
We were there a couple weeks ago and, again, commented on how much we liked the view from the deck. It's lovely watching the sun set as the lights come twinkling on around the city. Las Palmas recently acquired the Green Valley Spa pools, so now there are four pools and other amenities to add to the fitness, fun, and relaxation at our condo.
We enjoyed everything about this condo
Thank you! We hope everyone's stay is comfortable and relaxing. We work to keep our unit clean and ready for your vacation.
Home away with a view
My sisters and I had a great stay in St George, thanks to the wonderful condo. It was neat and clean and very convenient for what we wanted to do. We went to the pool every afternoon and out to dinner each night. The kitchen was handy for breakfast and snacks. Unfortunately the elevator was out of order but we got used to the stairs. It was a great trip.
Close to Zion National Park and Las Vegas, and in the center of Southern Utah's amazing desert landscape, there is something for everyone. We have two lovely pool areas for relaxing after spending a day out and about exploring the desert and mountains. St. George has shopping and a wide variety of places to eat and things to do. We have started going through the list of 105 things to do in St. George and mark off a few every time we come here.
