Great place to stay

Came for Spring Break and to get away from northern Utah snow! Great place to stay. Had everything we needed there. It was nice to do laundry there also before we went home. The kids loved all the pools

Great place

It was clean, all instructions clear for check in and departure. Great for families and close to everything we wanted to do. It would be helpful to have small items such as sugar, basic spices and maybe games. Would definitely book here again.

Very nice location

Many things to enjoy!! Loved the deck and enjoyed the morning sun from it. This was a retreat from winter and we found it to be very comfortable with large spaces to allow everyone their own retreat.

Perfect location

This complex is centrally located with easy access to groceries, fast food, diners, and things to do. The pool areas were nice and the family pool was perfect for our toddler and kids. The unit was clean and large enough for our family of 5 to be comfortable and not feel crowded. We will definitely book it again!

Great place to stay

Condo was bigger than expected. Very nice floor plan and rooms were big. Patio was big with lots of places to relax. Pools were nice. Not much to do in St. George besides shopping, restaurants, hiking, Tuacahn, and golf. I don't know that I could live there, but it's a nice rental, good to get away for a couple days.

Great time

This was a great Condo! Everything was as described! Communicated well with the people who were renting it. The only thing I could suggest is to have more garbage bags and paper towels and kitchen rags.

Great location. Lots to do around property

Great location. Lots to do around property. Very clean and nice place. Beds were a little hard for my family. Also i asked if there was bbq grill and i was told there was not. There actually is a bbq grill and was not happy that i wasted space in my car to haul a grill when i didn't need to.

Spacious, clean, and comfortable beds.

This rental was very clean, it was very spacious. The bedding was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The back patio was large with lots of outdoor furniture. Our stay in September was quiet, there weren’t a lot of other people staying in the complex this time of year so the pools weren’t over crowded and it was quiet. I’ve stayed in a couple other rental units in the Las Palmas complex and this one was my favorite. Clean and spacious. My sisters and I loved our stay here, I would rent here again.

Relaxation Haven

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home! It’s super nice and felt very safe, which made it perfect for our family and friends. The location is fantastic—close enough to everything you need but just far enough from town to enjoy some peace and quiet. The kitchen was a delight, stocked with high-quality appliances, cookware, and everything else we needed. Everything in the house was impeccably clean, which made our stay even more comfortable. One of the highlights was the balcony where we enjoyed all our meals outside. It was such a fun and relaxing experience. We also loved having one of the three pools just steps away from our backyard—it felt like having our own private oasis. Overall, we would rate this place a 10/10 and can’t wait to come back and rent it again!

Great experience

Everything was so easy. Had zero worries through the stay. Owners have all the information needed so no additional communication was necessary. One bedroom was pretty warm in the mornings. A/C had a sign saying to not set below 74 degrees which was a bummer because we had an infant in the room with us, but the ceiling fan helped a little bit.

May 2022 Family Vacation

We chose this area to stay for the hot, dry weather, hiking, swim pools and off roading activities & loved it! This condo is Very spacious and accommodated our 5 adults and two teens perfectly! It has also been updated since the current online photos and the kitchen & bathrooms have lovely white granite tops now. There is also a gas BBQ on the balcony which wasn’t listed having so was a nice surprise since I was told there isn’t one. Location was great, some nice trails nearby and Zion isn’t far at all. Nearby Hurricane’s Sand Hollow Resort offers a “must do” Off-road experience at Mad Moose Rentals, they were great there!. Driving the Polaris 2 seaters 4 hrs through the most amazing trails & scenery was the best part of our trip by far. The condo’s facilities were nice, we enjoyed the pickle ball courts and pools. It would be nice if the condo provided a more elaborate local guide & info binder, books & some board games, which is pretty common to have provided… also we had to do a lot of laundry only having one bath towel per person and only 4 beach towels for the pool… the main and only big complaint are the bunk bed mattresses are extremely uncomfortable, and our two 19 yr olds got back pains sleeping on the single ones especially. It’s time to update those! We would definitely stay again if they get new bunk mattresses! Thank you very much! The Walker family

Loved it for our big family

It was the perfect size for our large family. Everyone had somewhere to sleep and we definitely didn’t feel on top of each other. Would stay here every time we go to St George.

Great stay overall

There was a funky smell coming out of the bathroom faucets. Also, the bath towels were dingy and old. A simple upgrade it towels would make a big difference. Other than that, the place was wonderful. Plenty of space for our family. The large kitchen was great. We have an amazing vacation.

Spacious townhome with pool and palm trees view

This home was EXACTLY as portrayed in the photos! We didn't use the facilities because we were handling a family move, but we sure saw a lot of staff cleaning the pools and taking care of the grounds. We would definitely stay here again!
