This was the perfect location for what we were in Gunnison for; visiting our son who is attending Western Colorado University. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and the accommodation itself had plenty of room for my husband and I to host our son for home cooked meals. For the price, the place was exactly what we were looking for.

Home Away From Home

My employees really enjoyed sating at the property and said it felt like home. This is a nice and quiet neighborhood with enjoyable views.

Nice Condo!

The condo worked perfectly for our stay! Was clean and had everything that we needed would stay there again! Enjoyed sitting out on the Patio enjoying the Gunnison weather!

A literal God send!

We were having a bad experience with another rental company and needed to get out. That's when we found this place on VRBO. Michelle was great and worked with us quickly to get us into the condo as soon as possible. It was so comfortable, we were able to relax and enjoy the rest of our trip.

This place was awesome. Host was great and very responsive. Place was great size for two guys. Garage was nice although our truck was too big to pull inside. If you are going to Gunnison, stay here. Super quiet at night. Just great overall

Perfect for families

We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it. Full kitchen, back patio with grass for kiddos and very close to everything in Gunnison!

Nice place, quiet neighborhood

Only negative thing about the whole deal is the clothes drier is very slow to dry. I would definitely stay again.

Quiet, very clean end unit. Stayed in July. Even with the fans on it was very warm upstairs at night due to inability to open most windows. Would recommend to others.

Simple cosy condo

We had a really nice stay at the condo while we attended a wedding in Gunnison. The condo is very basic, but at the same time had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Totally recommend this place for a base while in the Gunnison area.

Great Place

Very nice, quiet area. Within minutes of Blue Mesa Reservoir. Gunnison is a beautiful place to vacation. The condo is very accommodating and relaxing and is so much better than staying in a motel. It is within a few minutes of many restaurants or you can throw steaks on the grill and relax at the condo. Very nice!

Relaxing, easy stay

This condo was perfect for my mom, daughter and me. It is very clean with nice, comfortable beds in large bedrooms. We made meals for several college students and the kitchen had everything we needed including butter/oil that we forgot saving us a trip to the grocery store. Condo is very quiet with lots of windows/glass doors that let in sunlight and warmth or a cool breeze so the condo is much brighter than in the pictures. The one car garage was perfect for storing our mountain bikes and we could have fit in the car if needed in bad weather. We hope to stay here again as we will be visiting often for the next 2 years while our daughter completes her time at college in Gunnison.

Great get away. Location is great- close to town.

Great communication with Michele. Enjoyed our stay and being able to cook meals for my son who attends Western Colorado. The condo was clean and well stocked with every we needed for our stay.

base camp for fishing the Gunnison area

Property was fine...Although I thought a little on expensive side give the type of property...not too much but yes, some on as compared to other places I've stayed of comparable size and type.
