Beautiful Condo Steps From The Beach

Just a short walk to the beach our sweet one bedroom condo is the place to be! On the first floor it sleeps four, with a queen bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sectional in the living room. Everything from the bathroom to the fully stocked kitchen has been updated. There are beach chairs and toys in the closet to enjoy. Have some fun with the games and puzzles also.

The location is great! If you are wanting something else besides relaxing on our beautiful beach you have options! You can watch rockets launch, take a trip to Kennedy Space Center, an hour to theme parks (Disney's Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Epcot, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, SeaWorld, Aquatica) in Orlando. Port Canaveral is just minutes down the road if you are cruising or just wanting to watch the boats leave. You can charter a boat for a fishing adventure, test your luck on Victory Casino Boat, or enjoy a meal at some great restaurants with amazing views.

Location was perfect!

So cute, exactly as you see on the website. Perfect location for the beach and easy access to everything. It really is move in ready, the host stocked it with all things needed for a day at the beach and everything you need in the kitchen, even spices! A-1 host!

The Perfect Stay

My wife and I stayed there for a full month. The apartment was clean, air-conditioned, relatively roomy, well furnished and only about 2 short blocks from the beach which was clean and not crowded. There were only two issues and they were resolved quickly. I would highly recommend this location. We'll be back!

Beach time before our cruise

My husband, 7 yr old daughter & I stayed here for 3 nights before our RC Cruise. The unit is adorable, well stocked and very clean. The short walk to the gorgeous beach was super easy. We have been to the area before but loved the book with suggestions. We did eat at Grills in Cape Canaveral, went to Coconuts in Cocoa Beach and got ice cream every night from Twistee Treats. We will be back again! Thank you Andrea!

Cute Little Spot!

Cute little condo in a very convenient location. Pretty shades of aqua, comfy bed, well stocked kitchen, great shower! And only a block from the beach. We walked to the beach each morning with cup of coffee in hand to watch the sunrise. Cocoa Beach/Canaveral is a beautiful area. We so enjoyed the nearby Wildlife Preserves. Andrea gave us some wonderful tips...Merritt Island and The Wetlands of Orlando. We also visited The Kennedy Space Center, which was awesome. Thanks, Andrea! We had a lovely time!

Perfect little getaway 😊

My husband and I stayed here for three days before our cruise. Condo is exactly as described. Clean, fresh, lovely beach-theme decor, adequately supplied. Great location in a quiet neighbourhood, just a couple blocks from the beach. Andrea is very prompt to reply to any questions. We walked to CB Pier a couple of times, approx one mile south along the beach. There is a Circle K convenience store around the corner to pick up a few supplies. We didn’t have a car so getting to restaurants and Publix was a bit of a longer walk, but it was manageable. We would definitely stay here again, and would recommend this place to others!

A lovely gem

The host was very kind and obliging. The condo was cozy and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well appointed. It's in a quiet neighborhood and only 2 blocks from a wonderful beach.

Cozy, clean, quiet and close to the beach!

This property is A+! Super close to the beach. Lots of activities to do at the beach and around the island. Property owner was friendly and helpful. Lots of fresh lines and towels. Also it was great to have beach toys and chairs in the condo to use if we needed them! We definitely will be back again!

Such a Cute Place!

My husband and I enjoyed a long weekend. The place is so cute and couldn't be cleaner. It was stocked with everything we needed. Our goal was to hang out on the beach, and so the short walk to the beach was perfect. We would definitely stay again.

Exactly what we needed.

The property is very close to beach access, we walked as soon as we got here so we could watch the Rocket Launch last week. Very convenient and the unit was perfect for us and the manager was very responsive.
