Beautiful condo in an awesome location. From pre-arrival communication, to check-in (personal walk-through of the condo, the property and the beach) to multiple check-ins from the on-site team each day, this was a five star stay from start to finish. Beach is amazing, condo is top notch and the location is great - quiet and peaceful, but 5 minute walk to restaurant and large super market, 10 minute easy drive/taxi to many restaurants. We will be back!

Wonderful week stay at Boggy Sands Stingray 3 with our family of 10. This property was perfect for our big family. Attention to detail was perfect. Alfonso was an amazing property manager…very attentive for our very few needs. Beach is gorgeous with lots of beach toys to make our stay seamless! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great family vacation

Our family had a wonderful stay at Boggy Sands. The condo was great and had plenty of space for all nine of us and was fully equipped. The beach was beautiful and included all the sand and water toys anyone would want. We had an incredible stay and we all look forward to coming back and staying at Boggy Sands again.

Amazing Property!

We stayed with family, 6 adults and 4 kids from ages 9-13 and this property was so great! We loved the beach area and all the toys (paddle boards, floats, kayaks, water raft). The location was great. It was close to everything but also quiet. We loved that there was a big grocery store within walking distance. Alfonso and crew were always checking in on us and were responsive with questions and if we needed something for the condo. We would highly recommend this property and hope to come back soon!

Perfect vacation at Boggy Sands

The condo itself was well appointed, spotlessly clean, and had ample room for our group of 8 adults and 2 children Everything you could want was supplied in the spacious kitchen. The beach was beautiful and a very short walk from the condo. Alfonso and Ge are true gems and were so helpful during our stay. Would definitely recommend booking here, and we can’t wait to return!

Awesome vacation!

Our family stayed in the Stingray 3rd floor. This place was fully stocked with anything we needed. Our host, Shay, was very accommodating and very pleasant to deal with. Alfonso was wonderful and always taking care of our needs at the beach. Everyone was so kind and friendly. Best vacation ever! We will definitely come back again!

Best place to stay on Seven Mile Beach

Thank you all for a truly wonderful stay!! The accommodations exceeded our expectations, which were already high to begin with. The unit is beautiful, spacious, clean, and you have thought of every single detail!! The beach is perfection and we all were thrilled to have full access to the paddle boards and kayaks! Your staff could not have been more accommodating, eager to do anything and everything to help and make our stay as perfect as possible, from before we arrived until we left! We could not be happier with our stay, and look forward to returning in the future!

Great property, exceptional hospitality team and perfect location. Can’t say enough about our recent vacay at Boggy Sands. Ruaneik and Morne go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and arrange for any of your family’s excursions with their expertise of the island. We felt like we had our own private beach with their secluded access to the the magnificent turquoise water of Grand Cayman just steps away from our front door. You won’t be disappointed…. Stop searching and book it!

Great family vacation at Boggy Sands

Boggy sands was a great choice for our family vacation. We had two kids (2&5yo), two 30yo’s and four 60yo’s and stayed in Stingray 3. The unit had plenty of space and pretty much everything we needed. Very up to date and clean. Great location on the more private side of seven mile and close to the grocery store. Alfonso and Ge made sure we had everything we needed throughout the trip. Beach area had plenty of umbrella options for shade and toys/paddle boards/chairs/floats/etc. Pool area was perfect and had great lounge area options. Highly recommend these condos based on location but also the management team.

The BEST beach getaway.

I can't rave enough about this place! From the location to the people, to the condo itself, this place is immaculate. They have literally everything you could need and more with your stay. And by everything, I mean even things in the kitchen I don't have in my own home. The grocery store and liquor store are in walking distance to the condo so it's very convenient. Now the beach access, it was perfect. They had everything you would bring on your own local beach trip ready at your fingertips. Even the beach wagon we all use to carry our food and drinks down with us. Oh and an ice chest! It's all about the small things! This condo was close to a lot of the "attractions" minus Rum Point, but we stayed close to our area this trip. I will always suggest this place to anyone planning a trip to Grand Cayman and hope we decide to visit again one day!!

Great condo in West Bay

Fabulous condo in West Bay. Condo clean and relatively new with comfortable beds/sheets. Condo accurately depicted in description. Pool right next to condo building. Beach is a short walk from property. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys all at the beach so no need to bring anything except sunscreen. Beach/pool towels supplied in condo. Water was pristine and free of rocks that you encounter at most properties on Seven Mile Beach. Only negative is that condo location is a drive to most restaurants and taxis are expensive on island when traveling with a large group. Other than that, an excellent choice for a relaxing stay.

Simply Amazing

This was our first time to the Caymans and it did not disappoint! We had a group of ladies travelling together and Boggy Sands was everything we were looking for. Accommodations were gorgeous! Expansive 4 bedroom villa with everything you could possibly want in the kitchen, plus ample towels, cooler bag etc. They thought of everything! The walk to the beach is very close and Alfonso will take care of your chair, umbrella, and help you with the paddle boards etc. We felt safe in our gated area and we could walk to the grocery store, liquor store, and BaySide to get coffee/breakfast. We didn't ever use the pool because we enjoyed the beach so much. Fantastic restaurants are between 6-14 minutes away. I would highly recommend Boggy Sands for a stay, and we certainly hope to return.

Great place! Great time was had by all.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Stingray 3 penthouse. It was clean, comfortable, well appointed, and perfect for our group of 8. It’s very roomy and we had plenty of space for all. The unit had was clearly both well built and well cared for. The beach area was very nice; close to the condo and with plenty of chairs, shade, and water toys. The roof deck was great for sunsets, sunrises, and stargazing. The screened porch off the living room was a favorite gathering spot for us. Our interactions with the whole team were very positive. Everyone was pleasant, responsive, and helpful. Overall area has grocery store and restaurants within easy walking distance. Much more just a short drive away. A car is probably not necessary but is very helpful. We highly recommend it and hope to be back soon!

The condo was so well stocked-only missing insulated cups to bring drinks to beach :) Plenty of dishes, towels, etc. Communication on Whats App with property managers was SPECTACULAR! Location was perfect next to grocery store and liquor store. Besides breakfast and lunch at Bay Side restaurant, the other restaurants nearby are not to speak of, so need transportation to get to other good restaurants. We had Floyd, our driver, recommended to us, drive us around and he was awesome! We wish the view of the ocean would've been better-wish we could've heard the waves and seen the beach.....But the private beach across the street was HEAVEN. So well stocked with toys/floaties and loved the privacy. Would've been nice to have a blanket or two to snuggle up with on the couches but overall we loved the condo! STINGRAY penthouse.

Incredible property

We had high expectations for this place given how beautiful the pictures were and trust me when I say we were not disappointed in the slightest. The home itself is spectacular but the hospitality from Powery and his management team is top notch. They are eager to help, extremely communicative, and overtly kind. The private beach set up is one of the most beautiful and secluded places I’ve been. We are already talking about planning a trip back. Thank you to the whole team at the property which made this trip memorable.

Best Place to Stay in Grand Cayman

This property is as advertised and then some - perfect location for a family - minutes from all the places on 7 Mile beech but far enough away for a private experience - we like to cook and the grocery store is less than a 1 min walk - beach is less than a 1 min walk and they have everything you need there - We cannot wait to stay here again! we liked renting a car but you do not have to if you really do not want to

Nothing short of PHENOMENAL!!! STINGRAY #3

AMAZING! AWESOME! I cannot say enough about this wonderful condo and the team that run it! From the moment you arrive (met at gate for tour), the service is attentive, comprehensive and friendly. It is apparent the second you walk in, every detail has been meticulously considered to provide maximum comfort. Very modern yet cozy, stunning décor, and spotlessly clean, this condo had ample space to accommodate everyone comfortably. The dream kitchen is stocked with everything and more-juicers, mixers, coffeemaker and tea kettle, barware, high-end appliances with gorgeous pots and pans in every imaginable size! Coolers were made available as well as reusable ice blocks to make beach picnics a snap! Washer/dryer in unit was a huge perk and well used by our group of divers. Wi-fi, central air (with controls in common areas and each bedroom), a safe, a cell phone provided for local calls, plenty of closet space/hangers with hair dryers in each bathroom–every detail has been considered! Fluffy towels for inside use and ample larger beach towels for outside–we never lacked anything as it was all right there! Beds are super comfy with high thread count sheets and plenty of pillows. A FULLY screened porch made a perfect space for morning coffee while access to the roof deck allowed for nightly cocktails to toast the gorgeous sunset. The location itself is superb! At the tail end of Seven Mile Beach in West Bay, the property is quiet and serene. The pool area is well maintained with loungers, hammocks and gas grills available for communal use. Floats and pool noodles as well as outdoor games were also plentiful. Grocery store and liquor store only a short walk away, with wagons provided to make transport to/from easy and painless! The private beach is about 100 feet from any condo and the adorable Boggy Sands Bus is stocked with anything you might want at the beach–loungers, umbrellas, floaties, life jackets, paddle boards, kayaks and sand toys. Snorkeling is great right off the beach. Everything matched the description and communication was the best I have ever had from a property management team. Suggestions prior to our arrival allowed us to have a fully stocked refrigerator upon arrival so we could go directly into vacation mode! Due to a flight cancelation, we found ourselves stranded at the airport with NO HOTELS available. A quick email to the team and we were back at Boggy Sands. JUST THE BEST PLACE and TEAM! We will be back! ALL the *********

Really nice place that exceeds expectations in all ways.

Our group was new to Cayman and we had planned to rent a house but the Boggy Sands condos caught our attention. We really couldn't have asked for more. Our place was as clean as a pin, with very current and high quality furnishings, appliances, cookware, etc. Plenty spacious for our group of 8. Service from Mr Powery was great also. The Beach Club was perfect with paddleboards and kayaks that we used to paddle out and snorkel the shipwreck straight off shore. Sand and water were just right for floating or snorkeling right at the shoreline. Every night we enjoyed some stargazing from the rooftop and even had a several encounters with a white winged barn owl swooping by and chatting at us. Highly recommend and we would repeat this place if we return to Cayman.

Wonderful week with family!

Boggy Sands was a wonderful place to spend the week with family! The condo was in pristine condition, had a very spacious layout, and the bedding was superb. There were lots of amenities and beach toys were supplied. The gentlemen on property were very helpful.

My family and I stayed here last week. We visit Cayman often, but have never stayed here. It was, by far, the best place we have ever stayed. The staff were amazing and easily accessible via “What’s App”. They even brought an extra ice chest to the room when we requested. The condo was fully stocked….better stocked than my own kitchen. The beach was footsteps away with anything you could every want to enjoy the beach, and it was very quiet….no crowds. The grocery store is within walking distance if you don’t have a rental car with a cart provided to carry your groceries. There were so many wonderful restaurants near the area. If you want to avoid the crowds….this is your place and you’re still in 7-mile. The day we checked out there was a chance our flight would be cancelled. They readily found us another condo we could stay in in case that happened….fortunately it didnt. We WiLL be back.
