What We Love About This Home
This stylish, recently remodeled, second story vacation rental lies just steps from Historic Sonoma Plaza. This pristine apartment is within walking distance of world class restaurants, shopping, wine tasting rooms and theaters on the historic Sonoma Plaza. It also includes off street parking for 1 vehicle.

Interior Details
This upscale, downtown apartment offers brand new appliances, furniture and decor. A wrap-around deck, fully appointed kitchen with a separate dining area that seats four, a beautiful bedroom with queen size bed, designer bedding, a fully remodeled bathroom with a tub & shower, and a spacious yet cozy living room with a fireplace and a plush couch with a queen-sized pull-out sofa bed. A/C, WiFi, Cable TV, and black out curtains in the bedroom included.

Rent this unit alone or in combination with sister properties: Vine Alley Two, a two-bedroom apartment in the same building, and/or Lux on First, a two-bedroom home with pool and firepit just steps away on the same street.

Guests staying at Vine Alley One will enjoy access to BeautifulPlaces pre-arrival assistance. Our local staff can assist with pre-trip suggestions for winery visits, private chef dinners and any other special experiences you desire.  On arrival day you’ll find a bottle of local wine and gourmet coffee waiting for you in your villa, and our team is available during your stay to answer any questions you have.

We are sure you will enjoy your stay here in the beautiful Sonoma Valley wine country.

This property is subject to local regulations governing vacation rental properties.  Under local law, events, parties and outdoor amplified music are not allowed. Overnight and day time occupancy is limited to 2 guests, and rental guests must observe quiet hours between 9:00pm and 9:00am.  No pets allowed. Perfect Spot for a Wine Country Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Vine Alley One was more than we could ask for in a rental for our Sonoma stay. The property itself was luxurious, was well stocked and immaculate. The location was ideal to walk to several restaurants, tasting rooms and brewery in the plaza. It was also a convenient location for our day trips out to wineries, the redwoods and the coast. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in a high end place on the plaza.

Home away from home

This is our second stay at this property and it was better than the first. It’s perfectly laid out for two people, very clean, and you couldn’t ask for a better location.

Fantastic Home Away from Home

An absolutely fantastic place. From the early communication to checkout, the experience was fantastic. On our first night there, it was evident the attention to detail was present. We went to slice tomatoes and even the knives were sharp. The unit is close to everything in Sonoma Square from dining to shopping, the Sonoma trail overlook, and for Italians and French; the Bocce and Pétanque are a few minute walk. We do know that we are coming back. Y’all hit it out of the park and if I was a professional wine critic I would award a 100 point review.

Great property in great location

The property is perfectly located and laid out to maximize space in a 1/1 apartment. We were happy with the furnishings and it was really nice to have such a large balcony with two seating areas. The location really cannot be beat.

Perfect Sonoma Square stay

The place was great. Updated, well decorated, had every amenity we needed and some nice extras. Very quiet. Perfect location if you like to be close to the square.

Great spot to stay in Sonoma

This condo is a great location and up to date and very nicely appointed. Sits above Cochon Tasting Bar which was a great spot to enjoy a tasting. One block to the Sonoma Square which has lots of restaurants, shops and tasting venues. Hosts offered great recommendations and easy communication. We would definitely stay here again as perfect clean and cheery location.

Birthday Getaway

This is a beautiful place! Everything was clean, comfortable, and the kitchen worked perfect. The location was wonderful, it was very quiet even for being above a tasting room and near a busy area. My only frustration was someone parked in our spot for two days before they moved and we were able to use it.

Amazing location right off the Plaza!

Check in was flawless, home was clean and virtually brand new. If we had our bikes we would have been able to bike to multiple vineyards. Beautiful and great size for two adults. Loved the service, location and style. Well done and thank you!

We were so pleased with our stay in this lovely condo. It was even more delightful than we hoped for. The second floor condo was comfortable, clean, quiet, and just charming. There was a reserved parking space right by the entrance. The location in the central part of Sonoma was within walking distance of many restaurants, shopping, and only a short drive to nearby sights. I can't think of anything that was lacking. We can't wait to go back!
