Idéal pour deux couples ou une famille qui cherchent à se détendre et à profiter du style de vie unique de la région viticole de Sonoma. Chouchoutez-vous dans nos deux (tout neuf!) suites de luxe (à la fois avec lits king et salles de bain complÚtes!), une élégante cuisine et salle à manger, et des animations accueillantes (dégustation!) piÚce. The house was perfect for our stay. We had my parents in one King suite and we had the other. BOTH were GREAT! The beds were comfortable and the house was immaculate! Parking is plentiful in back, with easy access in/out through the laundry room. The kitchen had everything we needed and more.

This was a very convenient location and excellent accommodation for two couples visiting the Sonoma area. Ryan was responsive and helpful. All the rooms were good sized, clean with comfortable beds. Big kitchen, nice front porch and extra 1/2 bath convenient. Great parking. Lots of dining selections that were walking distance.

The house was perfect for two couples traveling for a wine tasting and golf weekend. The kitchen was large and great for cooking, and the location was perfect for easily walking into downtown Sonoma. We would definitely stay again.

The cottage is ideally located just a few blocks from the square, close to coffee shops, dining and wine tasting. The home itself is roomy and comfortable. The house was very clean, nicely remodeled and decorated - and very comfortable, esp the beds (including the pull out bed). The host Ryan was easy to reach and very kind when I had a question. Great Sonoma home away from home

This well appointed 2 bedroom home was a perfect basecamp for our 3 night stay in wine country. Located just a few blocks off the square, the location was outstanding. The house was well furnished and felt almost new. So enjoyable sitting on the front porch watching the world roll by just past the flowers and trees that fill the front yard. Two large master suites featuring comfy king beds and each with their own full bath were really comfortable for our 2 couple group. We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and made a few stay home meals. When we went out, it was a short walk to a great Swedish coffee spot or a 10 minute walk to the amazing restaurants on the Sonoma square. Highly recommend this wonderful home!

Perfect Sonoma Stay – Ideal Location, Comfort & Hospitality!

Our group of four had a wonderful one-night stay at this perfectly located Sonoma home, just a few blocks from the Square with its fantastic restaurants and cafes. The house was spotless, well-appointed with all the essentials, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. Both bedrooms featured king-sized beds with ensuite bathrooms and spacious showers, while the cozy open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area made for a welcoming space to relax. The added powder room was a great touch. We also noticed they had baby essentials, which make this home an excellent choice for families with little ones. Ryan was incredibly attentive, ensuring a seamless experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our short visit and would love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Charming Rose Cottage

We only stayed for 1 night, but thoroughly enjoyed the property - it had everything we needed and was very clean! Parking was easy! Amazing location, just 3 blocks from the square, close to shopping and great restaurants. Great hiking trail up behind the square (easy to walk to) with beautiful views of Sonoma and the surrounding area. Peet's Coffee and Whole Foods are less than 1 mile away. Communication with the owners was amazing, they were so kind. A great place for a quick getaway with dear friends!

Nothing to "wine" about

We had a lovely time at this property. Our group consisted of 2 couples over the age of 60, and a 32 yr old who visted for 2 nights. The property fit us beautifully with it's 2 King beds and pullout couch. The beds were comfortable and each room had an en suite bathroom. Note: When you entered one of the bedrooms you need to take a step down to reach the bed level. This was no issue for us but might be of concern to others. Both bathrooms were nicely appointed. One bathroom had double sinks with lots of counter space, the other 1 sink. The kitchen was very large & had everything we needed to prepare breakfast, snacks, etc. There were plenty of wine glasses with which to enjoy all the bottles of wine brought home from tastings. We could easily walk to downtown Sonoma. Our host, Ryan, was very responsive to any questions/concerns and there was lots of info/pamplets avaliable. Parking was available in the back of property. Overall, we considered the propery cute, clean, & comfortable! We would definitely return!!

My wife and I moved to Sonoma twenty years ago and enjoyed our first ten years together "on the town". THEN, the twins came - now nine years old. So, we've settled into family/schools/parents/sports/camps/etc. and the pleasurable lifestyle of raising a family here in Sonoma.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This property spoke to my business partner and me back in 2008 as a small local investment we could watch evolve over time. Well, it has. 835 Broadway enjoyed a couple of small business tenants for the first stage of our ownership, but then we had the idea of creating a vacation rental - something special, unique, and luxuriously wine-country. We took the award winning structure, and invested more than $200,000 in a total remodel (to the studs) in 2016. Everything you'll enjoy is brand new and designed to share this wonderful property and the lifestyle of Sonoma Valley.

As local legend has it, this charming stand-alone house was built by the local banker in 1902 for his new bride. The rose he planted for her is still there in the garden (or perhaps its offspring). 835 Broadway has served as a home, a travel agency, a consulting office, and has enjoyed numerous other lives from its special spot within the historic district of Sonoma. The partners who own it are neighbors and friends who want the house to be treated well and loved by those who come to enjoy it.

If you prefer staying in a house rather than a hotel, this property is for you. Especially if you love the feel of living right smack in the middle of a small, welcoming town, walkable to everything. From the peach tree in the front yard, to the front and back porches, it all feels a bit like Mayberry. And everything that makes the wine country accessible is right here within blocks. If you don't want to spend your whole vacation in the car then come to Sonoma and fall in love with our wine, food, scenery, and friendly town.
