This warmly furnished and attractively decorated Lake Tahoe home features amenities throughout for your conveniences.

Inside the home is three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a queen bed and the other two bedrooms both have two double beds each. There is a fully stocked kitchen, in-unit laundry, and paved parking.

The amenities featured in this accommodation are superb. As stated, there is a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and new flooring. There is a gas fireplace accompanying a large living room with comfortable seating and a big screen TV. Also, there is an oversized backyard that is forested.

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the beautiful Meadow Lakes area of Montgomery Estates, this home is just minutes from popular Heavenly Valley, exciting Stateline Casinos and pristine Lake Tahoe beaches.

Per Local ordinance, the county wants travelers to pick up keys and to check-in in the office, educate guests and do a property overview. For this reason we don't do self check-in. Thanks for understanding!

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pet Policy: This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.

The property was very nice, clean, although a little outdated in the bathrooms.I would’ve given five stars except I left my hearing aids in the house and I’m having trouble communicating with the house management to see if they found them. It’s been a week and I haven’t heard from him yet.

Had a great time with family and friends!

We loved our stay at this location over the New Years holiday break. We got tons of snow and loved how the home was set up. Very cozy! Towels and linens were clean and the kitchen was stocked with the usual cooking supplies. Would recommend to any future families that want to visit SLT for winter or summer fun!

Great place

The house was in a nice neighborhood that was very quiet. It has not been updated recently but suited our needs perfectly. It had a well-equipped kitchen including spices and cooking staples, was very clean and comfortable for my group that included my husband and me, our son and daughter in law and their 2 year old daughter.

Great house , house was well stocked.

We stayed 4 nights, two different days we saw people in the yard playing fetch with their dog. First time, two people walked in the yard and sat at bench playing fetch with their dog. Second time, the person parked his car in front of the house and brought his own chair, sat and played fetch with his dog in the yard. So to me, it seems like he has been there before with his dog. It surprised us to see people in the yard playing with their dog during our stay. The yard is not fenced in, so anyone can access the yard. We just closed all window blinds and made sure all doors and windows were locked when we left the house. Other than random people and dogs running around the yard, we would recommend house to friends.

The process to rent was easy. We were pleased with the house. My granddaughter really like the toys and movies. Great backyard for kids to run around. Would rent again.

Emerging from Covid reunion with vaccinated family & friend

Very nice property, very comfortable, reasonably well equipped and very convenient to town and Heavenly. Two comments to improve - the instructions and contract both referenced picking up keys at property manager by 4pm or making alternate arrangements. When traffic from SF showed we wouldn't make it by 4pm, we called and property manager said the written material is outdated and they're available up to 5pm. Please update all the written stuff. Second request is for cleaners to be really thorough. A prior guest left a used condom and wrapper on the bedroom windowsill that the cleaner didn't catch because it was behind a closed shade. When my daughter opened the shade she was the unlucky one to find it. Again, please be thorough.

Nice home away from home close to South Lake Tahoe

The house was very accommodating in a nice quiet neighborhood. Close to all the necessary amenities and prime South Lake Tahoe amenities. Very clean and well decorated.
