Our barn red cabin welcomes you with an inviting front porch with beautiful teak rocking chairs to sip your drink and take in the glorious sunsets. This large newer home has 3 spacious levels plus a one car garage.The main level has a half bath as you enter, large fully equipped kitchen with island seating for 4, granite counter tops, lots of knotty alder cabinets and a 5 burner gas stove. Dining room opens up to huge vaulted great room with gas fireplace, floor to ceiling windows for unobstructed views of The Continental Divide. We made the deck extra big which runs the entire width of home with comfy seating and a natural gas barbecue grill. There is also a laundry room with plenty of hooks for coats. The master bedroom finishes off this level with a king bed with fully upholstered head board, walk in closet, cable/smart t.v. and private bath with travertine shower.

The upper level was a spacious loft area that we enclosed to make another private master suite. This room has a king bed, cable/smart t.v., large closet and tub/shower combo in the private bath. We've recently added a twin daybed to the loft area

The walk out lower level has 2 more bedrooms. One queen bedroom and a king ensuite. There is a hall bath with shower/tub combo that will serve both the bunk room and the queen bedroom right beside it. The lower level living space mimics the square footage of the great room above it. It has 2 bunks with queen over queen beds. Another king master suite is off of this living area with a private bath with shower, walk in closet and beautiful views. This level also has a large living/meda room with sofa (hide-a-bed), loveseat, chair and ottoman and a smart tv. Walk out the sliding glass doors to the patio which has a hot tub that seats up to seven people. Soaking in this amazing hot tub you will also have unobstructed, breathtaking views of the mountains. Party lights on both upper deck and over hot tub area provide just the right ambience.

This home is professionally decorated (by owner), has amazing radiant floor heat throughout with individual thermostats. We have tried to provide every convenience that we would want when vacationing. There is a large cable/smart t.v. in great room above fireplace, also ceiling fans in 2 of the master bedrooms and the great room. All bedrooms are carpeted. We also have a portable crib and high chair for the baby.

Walk out the door for hiking, fishing and mountain biking. We are conveniently located to the recreation center which has a pool, work out area and sauna. 10 minutes from Winter Park Resort and Mary Jane for world class skiing at every level. We have compiled a book with everything you need to know about the area, with restaurant suggestions, activities from tubing hills, dog sled rides to snowmobiling. It is truly a magical place that is a wonderland in the winter and Heaven in the summer with wild flowers everywhere, no humidity and hundreds of miles of hiking and biking trails. Winter Park is truly a family resort, catering to kids with lots of recreation at the base in the summer time, our favorite being the alpine slide!

We are two couples from St. Louis that have built our bucket list dream home and it is amazing in every aspect! The living areas are extremely spacious and comfortable so no one will ever feel crowded, even with large groups. Both couples have a son that have made their homes in Fraser. We are so excited to share our mountain home with you!
