Head upstairs to check out the bright and spacious main living room which includes a large HDTV, Sonos soundbar, comfortable seating for family & friends, gas fireplace, and two private decks with Adirondack chairs in front and patio seating out back. You'll love savoring your favorite beverage on either deck while looking out over the Winter Park community and the mountains beyond. Create delicious meals in the well appointed gourmet kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances including a six-burner Viking range, granite countertops, and custom cabinetry. Serve your dinner guests at the dining table with ample seating or outside on the deck.

The main level also features the primary bedroom with king bed, with HDTV and ensuite bathroom with heated floor, double sinks and walk-in shower. Upstairs, the third floor, has two more bedrooms with queen beds, ensuite bathrooms and TVs. As a family, we have always loved being outdoors and enjoying what the mountains have to offer year round. Skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, biking, and golfing are all activities we love in Grand County. We live in the Boulder area and love to spend as much time as possible in Winter Park as our 2nd home.

We love the easy access to downtown Winter Park - we can ride our bikes or walk easily to restaurants, shopping, trails and concerts as well as the convenient access to Winter Park Resort from the bus stop.
