Picture yourself relaxing in the pool, watching the cruise ships enter and leave port - not to mention all the other beauty to behold enjoying a 160 degree view! Harbor View is a centrally located 3 bedroom vacation home/villa with spectacular views of Charlotte Amalie harbor and downtown. So centrally located, you'll easily access St. Thomas' top beaches, restaurants, and shopping - most within a 10-12 minute drive. This home is perfect for 3 couples.

The open-design layout is comfortable and features a shared kitchen, great-room, and breakfast bar. The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, a center island breakfast bar, and four bar stools for seating. The living room area has a large flat-screen TV, a sunken entertainment center with comfortable seating, and lots of windows allowing guests to enjoy the cool tropical breezes and fantastic views.

There are three separate bedroom suites - the King Suite on the upper level and the Queen Suite on the main level. There is a separate apartment below with it's own entrance and small kitchenette.

The villa has a beautiful infinity-edged pool, large wrap-around decks, and outdoor seating for guests to enjoy.

Great Villa

Great Villa , beautiful home and views .. We were able to check in early which was nice because we had an early flight . Nice owners to work with. Very accommodating and home has everything you need .

Amazing stay at Harbor Lights Villa

We had the most amazing stay at Harbor Lights Villa. The house is gorgeous with the most stunning views I have ever seen! It was well stocked, pool was sparkling and all the rooms/porches were very clean. We had zero issues with the house.The kind, professional and helpful Prestige Luxury Villas team helped planning this trip sooo much easier and therefore, much more enjoyable and less stressful. Justin kindly answered ALL my questions…from how do you get groceries, cruise schedules to where’s the best place for first time snorkeling! We also had a birthday cake made and delivered and he knew the best place to call. He never missed a beat. Not only did he give me recommendations but also included a name, website, etc. I can’t say enough good things about the Prestige Luxury Villas team!!Due to surgery, we needed an SUV when we went places. Justin recommended a wonderful driving service ran by Warren. He would always do what he could to accommodate this. We got to meet some of the nicest people driving around!I was impressed at how far they will go to make your stay great. We were having groceries delivered and they weren’t able to get in because we were downtown shopping. They contacted Dorothy and she came to the rescue! Although she had an incredibly busy day, she took time to help us by letting them in so our groceries wouldn’t go bad.I cannot recommend staying here enough!

Great house

Great house. As advertised. The location is not its strong suit. The view of the harbor was incredible. Unfortunately that came with 24 hours of street noise and city sounds. We had a great stay. You’ll just have to sleep with the windows closed.

Christmas Break

We stayed there 5 nights just after Christmas this year (2022) and the property is as advertised. Any small issues where taken care of promptly. The manager was extremely responsive and professional. She even arranged for a driver to pick me up at the airport after my flight was delayed to the point where the rental car company I reserved a car with had just closed just before I landed. I ended up utilizing this driver and her son for our transportation throughout the island that week and cancelled the rental car. That actually saved me a fair amount of money plus I could relax instead of having to navigate the narrow roads while driving on the opposite side of the road from what I’m used to. Highly recommended to go this route. Completely enjoyed St Thomas and this VRBO. I’ll definitely be coming back to the island and even hope to stay at this villa again. I only wish we had more days. Best trip in a very long time. Thank you!! Happy New Year!!

VIEW IS SPECTACULAR

Amazing property, we had almost all our meals out on the porch. Only downside I would have is no air conditioning in main room. Even with all doors and windows open it got particularly warm at night. Would highly recommend this property regardless. We enjoyed our first time visit to St. Thomas

Amazing views! Highly recommend!

I definitely recommend this property and would stay here again. There is some useful information to know ahead of time. Property was beautiful with amazing views. Enjoy a swim in the pool while overlooking Charlotte Amalie. Each bedroom suite had it’s own ac unit. The main kitchen and living room did not have ac but lots of screened doors and ceiling fans for air flow. Only one day did it get too hot that we didn’t hang out in that area. Driveway is very steep and extremely sharp turn halfway up but if you drive straight in and then back up second half, it’s easier. Pool level bedroom sink was very small, just a sink. No counter space. The others were great. Water pressure and usage needs to be understood in advance or you will struggle! It was alittle stressful at first because we were getting married and I have super thick hair. We all managed once we had a system down! Only one person can shower or use any water at a time—period! No using sink or flushing toilet during someone’s shower. If you try, the shower will go to a drip and stop all together. When one person is done, you text the next person to go. Had plenty hot water. Was the only negative I would say about property but I think you would have that problem island wide for most part so we adjusted. Property Manager was excellent and very responsive. Definitely much better than a hotel, we loved it!!

Perfect!

From the decor of the house to the gardens and landscaping outside, to the comfort and views.... this place was perfect for our family vacation. Very short drive to restaurants, shops and beaches. Our favorite restaurant was just a walk up the hill. The floor plan of this house allows for privacy among each bedroom. The master suite looks down onto the pool and beautiful ocean. My husband and I could sit on our balcony watching the kids swim in the pool with the view of the ocean and sky surrounding them. Dinner at the table on the main patio was breathtaking. Views everywhere from this home. All bedrooms were well equipped with bathroom essentials and linens. The apartment downstairs was perfect for our teens and allowed them to do some baking without us. The open concept kitchen and living room on the main floor was perfect for us to cook and lounge at the same time. The large windows and doors allowed us to see the breath taking views while cooking or resting. We used the grill just outside the kitchen many nights. A beach bag was out and ready (impressive) with beach towels in the laundry room for our many adventures snorkeling and diving. Having a washer and dryer is key for us on vacation. This room was not only necessary for us but full of anything I might need such as a place to hang clothing with clips and hangers. The drive way is steep but this seems to be the norm on these islands if you want a beautiful spot on the hill. My biggest stressor was deciding where I would sit to sip my coffee in the morning.... so many places to sit and take it all in! Lastly, the communication with the property manager was top notch. We did not have many questions as it was all prepared efficiently, but the few we had were answered immediately. Thank you to all involved with this property! When we return to St. Thomas it will be here!!

Stunning views

Stayed for 6 nights for our honeymoon and loved the home. The driveway is very steep with a sharp turn but we got used to it quickly. House was very clean and the views were unreal. We absolutely loved the infinity pool and the balconies. Spent our whole time outdoors. The shower in the main bedroom upstairs overlooking the harbor is absolutely amazing. We would love to return. You won’t regret anything about this beautiful home.

Wonderful Trip to St. Thomas

Great for families with big kids as the rooms are each separate and had some quiet! Adults (couple) really loved the separate apartment room on the ground floor!

Heavenly Villa

We LOVED our stay at Harbor Lights! The house and views were spectacular and the management company was beyond helpful! Having separate spaces for three couples was really nice, and the beds were extremely comfortable after a long day of snorkeling or swimming in our private pool. Will miss our beautiful villa in St. Thomas!

Breathtaking Views!

This property was amazing. We absolutely LOVED the views, and spent almost all of our time on the porch or in the pool. The house was extremely comfortable for 6 adults; the bedrooms and private baths were lovely, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the outdoor space was unreal. We watched the sea planes take off and land, and a couple ships come and go, and just relaxed and enjoyed the view.

Great Location With Stunning Views

The views of the harbor and Charlotte Amalie from this hillside villa are AMAZING! The property is well maintained with room to sleep 6 adults. There is a bedroom with attached bath on the main level, and the master bedroom with attached bath (two sinks) is on the upper level. The fully functioning apartment suite on the lower level has a bedroom, bath, and small kitchenette. The main kitchen is well equipped with the exception of sharp knives to use in food prep (if you plan cooking). The villa is located close to the center of St Thomas with easy access to downtown shopping, beaches (Magens Bay is just a few miles over the hill), the airport, Red Hook, etc.. For people who are looking for a peaceful setting, this location is not the one you’re looking for. However, the beauty of the view far outweighs the din of the city noise. Prestige Luxury Villas operates the villa, and the front office people were easy to communicate with and provided us with a variety of options (e.g., dining, beaches, taxi services) we used to make our stay enjoyable. Dorothy, the property point of contact, met us when we arrived and was extremely helpful in making sure we enjoyed our stay. The pool was a little on the chilly side for us, but we quickly became acclimated once we were in it for a few minutes. The pool overlooks the harbor, so you can play in the pool when you're not at the beach or on the water. There are deck chairs and a couple of pool toys if you need them. The deck has great patio furniture (couch, chairs, wood dining table to seat six), is connected to the pool area, and overlooks the harbor. The deck does get slippery when wet, so be very cautious when getting out of the pool or when it rains. The other points of caution for this property would be the steepness of the driveway and the steps throughout the villa. I mention the steps for people who may have mobility issues. This villa, while wonderful, is not handicap friendly. The steepness of the driveway (like many of St Thomas' driveways) and the nearly 90 degree turn halfway up the driveway prevented all of the taxis from driving us to the front door. This wasn't a great inconvenience for us, but you may need to walk on a steep grade. If you plan on renting a jeep, you'll have no problem getting to the front door. Speaking of jeeps, you do need to drive on the left side of the road, so be forewarned. This villa is great, and we would definitely recommend this villa.

Amazing property with a world-class view

The house and property were amazing, the views are even better than the pictures describing the property, and the property management team was excellent. They went above and beyond helping us plan our stay well from the time we booked through our entire stay. Highly recommend!

Fantastic House and Views

Really great house in a great location. Close enough to town to have access to restaurants and shopping but up on the hill with great views and privacy. Great local restaurant/bar called Sib's within 1/4 mile of the house as well. Everything worked well, house very well supplied, fabulous patio and pool. Would definitely rent again!
