Heavenly Ski Resort and the lake are just over 4 miles away. The home features a chef's kitchen with high-end appliances and a back patio for alfresco dining.

This home cannot host more than 6 people over the age of 5. This applies 24/7.

You’ll never miss out on family time in the open concept great room. With a comfy sectional for 6 & extra cushions near the fireplace, you can enjoy watching a movie on the 48” HDTV after a day on the slopes or the lake.

The gourmet kitchen w/ granite slab counters, Wolf Range cooktop & double ovens is every chef’s dream. Three bar chairs at the kitchen counter are great for visiting. When dinner is hot, the large dining area seats 8--perfect for a meal with family & friends.

If you prefer to dine al fresco, you’ll love the back patio overlooking the landscaped lawn w/ a gas grill, table for 4 & 2 lounge chairs.

When it’s time to turn in for the night, the upstairs primary bedroom will sweep you off your feet. Light the romantic fireplace w/ the flip of a switch, watch a movie on the mounted big screen, or sink into the luxurious king bed for a good night’s sleep. The attached bathroom features two sinks & a spacious walk-in shower.

You can also find BR 3 upstairs--an open loft w/ a full-over-queen bunk bed & views of the pines.

BR 2 has a queen-size Murphy bed. Enjoy easy access to BA 2, complete w/ a jetted tub--perfect for unwinding after an active day. BR2 & BA2, along w/ the great room, are located on the entry level--a small 2 steps are required for access.

The family room downstairs is a great hangout for kids w/ a chalk wall & games.

Dogs love this home! They’ll feel spoiled w/ their own fenced-in yard & doggy doors.

1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval. No other animals allowed. Crates are provided if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings & any damage caused by dog(s).

The house had plenty of space, including a beautiful kitchen, expansive dining area, and ample seating in the living room. The beds were very comfortable with quality mattresses, allowing everyone to rest comfortably.Accommodations for our dog worked well and the dog run gave her some space as well. A well stocked kitchen and nicely appointed baths made this one of our best VRBO experiences. The parking restrictions made it a challenge to have guests join us for dinners, but that seems to be a community policy issue.

Enjoyable and Relaxing Stay

We had wonderful time and a relaxing stay at this rental home. The house was clean and well furnished, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were very good, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well stocked, we had what we needed to make dinners and breakfast. The backyard was perfect, we played in the snow with our two dogs and they loved it. We were impressed with the Property management (RnR Vacation Rentals) by their warm hospitality and attention to detail. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless.

Great Stay

The home was lovely, well maintained and great for my family. The location was close enough to everything to be convenient but tucked away enough to feel like you're not in a city. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. The host was very responsive and friendly.

The living room was cozy and the patio off the back allowed for some much needed quiet time in the fresh air. Because this was rented during a time of the year that cold weather was moving in and outdoor critters want in where it is warmer, we had a visitor move into the washing machine (mouse). Unfortunately he was dead when we discovered him. The beds were spacious but a bit on the hard side, though after our many adventures, we slept pretty well despite it. The game room was so much fun and we used it every night. Just a note: if you have any mobility problems, this may not be a place for you since there were two steps down to get through the front door and a few more steps to get into the living area. There was a bathroom and bedroom on the main floor so that was nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I, along with our two dogs, enjoyed our stay. The home was as described. The upstairs primary bedroom does get warm in the summer. It has a ceiling fan, but the fan only has one (slow) speed. We raided all of the closets for extra portable fans and were diligent about opening/closing windows throughout the day to keep the room as cool as possible. We appreciated all of the dog supplies provided, including crates, bowls, and fenced in yard. My one wish was that there was lighting outside for taking the dogs out after dark.

Clean and well cared for

House was in good shape, very clean and spacious. Only complaint was that the pool table was a little rough but still playable. If you plan on doing a lot of cooking it would be worth it to take your own knife set as the provided ones are very dull.

Awesome Tahoe Vacation Home

Awsome Tahoe vacation home. Family and friends went up for my daughter's wedding, i stayed at this home with my 2 son's and one daughter in law and 2 grandchildren, oh and of course the family's weener dog Elvis. Everything was as advertised but actually better, plenty of room, Awsome kitchen, modern appliances etc, nice deck with bbq grill and pine tree's all around. And the bathrooms are really nice also especially the showers, all very nice. Also loved having the pool table and air hockey options in the garage but ended up playing darts the majority of the time. Only issue I'll mention is the 2 step drop off going from garage / entry way down to lower bathroom and kitchen area, keep the lights on if dark cause it's no fun missing the steps and hitting the tile floor, trust me. Overall we were very happy with this home and will hopefully book it again soon. Oh and lastly it's nice the location is closer to Stateline than to the Y, very nice homes all around.

Beautiful Home..But...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beautiful home that we rented for our family was just as pictured in the listing, but pictures sometimes don't tell the whole story. Advertised as "Dog Friendly", it should be labeled "Dog Tolerant" as when you arrive there are signs on every interior door that say "Humans Only" The dog door to the dog yard is for a small breed dog. The dog yard itself is out a door to an area that is not fenced so if your dog is larger (or won't use a double flapped dog door) you have to leash the dog and take it around the corner to the gated area. The dog room in the pictures is a small cinderblock room that has two crates and other dog supplies, but it and the adjacent downstairs "kids room" were way too cold to hang out in. Also, the 'Kids Room' has 6 foot ceilings and a baseboard heater that took forever to get the room warm. My son in law could not stand up down there and the kids (ages 4 and 5) thought it was too spooky and too far away from Mom and Dad. The main floor is beautiful with a gorgeous kitchen, large eating area and cozy TV space. The Murphy Bed in the the main floor bedroom needs a new mattress. Upstairs the master bedroom and open loft were very nice and the bunk bed mattresses seemed newer and were more comfortable. Beware that the bunk room is open to the downstairs with a 3 foot pony wall. No TV or games after the kids go to bed. The separation of the bedrooms is great for a group of adults though. The driveway and street in front didn't get any sun to melt the driveway ice for the duration of our stay and it was treacherous getting in and out of the car. The two steps down to the front door were iced over as well. No hand rail for the steps. There was deicing salt in the garage and, once it was made clear that it was okay for us to use it, we did. It helped a bit. The garage game room was too cold for the kids to use. Again, beautiful home. It is in a wonderful area with hiking and sledding just a few blocks up the hill.

Unfortunately there wasn't any snow but we still had a really great time exploring the trails and walking around the neighborhood. We were there with our toddler in our two dogs and the house is perfect for it. We felt as the beds weren't very comfortable, but it wasn't a dealbreaker..

Great Family Home

We just finished our 8 day/7 night stay at this great home. Our family of 6 was more than comfortable in this 3 bedroom with a loft home. The kitchen is very well stocked & the management company is great to deal with. The home is 5 min from Heavenly & 10 min to stateline. We would definitely book again.

It was very spacious for our family of six and our small dog. Loved that the main floor had kitchen, living room, dining room in an open floor plan. There’s also a bedroom on the main floor, and two more upstairs with nice clean bathrooms on both floors. The primary bedroom had vaulted ceilings and the full size bunk beds were great for my teen and his younger brother to share. The bottom floor wasn’t used very much by us but the dog’s room was adorable! Our dog didn’t quite know what to make of the doggy door, so we always had to walk her out to the gated yard (just outside the back door). Neighborhood was peaceful. The garage turned game room was inviting but we spent most of our time together in the living room and kitchen. It couldn’t have been better—just exactly what I was hoping for out of our Tahoe getaway.
